my mental health has not been in the best shape these past few days and all i can honestly do about it is pray, and journal, and really just talk about it and hope for the best

but today and moving forward, whatever happens, i decided to just focus on being happy as much as possible and having fun and taking it one day at a time

im so blessed to be able to spend so much time with my family

although im dreading going back to work, im also excited to just be productive and use work as a good excuse to not think about whatever i have going on

im excited to be with my work friends, and to get stuff done

i love the fact that i get to take care of my nephews whenever i can

i still need to work on some things though like my temper and answering and joining conversations that im not really a part of initially

the weather was perfect kahapon; but it ended up raining din nung hapon and now its gloomy again

but like i said, i dont want to let the worry and anxiety win

today is going to be a lovely day

and everything is going to work out just fine

what a beautiful feeling it is to finally get over someone and realize that it was your adoration of them that made them so special. without that, they’re quite basic. just proof that the magic lives in you, not them.

got really upset over something i did that was really dumb and reckless but it was emotionally so heavy for me to keep thinking about it and holding onto the thought and beating myself up for it that i just figured id let it go and promise myself ill do better next time around

now im having early dinner, reading a book, spending time with myself, and feeling so much lighter; i hope this was some sort of sign atleast

got my period yesterday tapos sobrang sakit ng puson ko as in ibang level yung sakit; pero without getting into so much details, sobrang complicated ng period ko now and i hate it

i was asleep for the majority of the day or atleast stuck in bed kasi nga sobrang sakit ng puson ko pati na din ulo ko saka the rest of my body

im gonna push myself tomorrow though to go to the office kasi baka yun yung kailangan to get rid of the pain - need ko maglakad at pagpawisan atleast for one more day before the holiday

i love palia so much and i love the routine ive built with that game, but i feel bad for the book im reading and how i can never get past 1-3 chapters in one sitting kasi nga siguro sobrang friend na ng brain ko and hindi na ko sanay mag focus sa book

kaya tonight i really wanna focus on reading kesa mag phone lang ako the whole night

i hope tomorrow ends up being a really lovely day
