The comic take place between 1932 and 7 years before Alastor's disappearance.

It won't be a strictly linear story. It will be random scenes from their moments together. But they're in order!

Now, some ✨LORE✨

I’ve seen the theories about the exorcists being based on raptors, as well as headcanons about Vaggie’s single stripe, so here is my input:

There are three species of exorcist: falconiformes, accipitriformes, and strigiformes. Falcons, hawks, and owls respectively

Falcons, with one stripe, are the ones that perform reconnaissance on hunting grounds. They pick the location with the most prey, and herd them into a smaller territory for most killing efficiency. Hawks and falcons are nearly equivalent in terms of extermination ability. Vaggie is a falcon.

They are the fastest, but lack the technical strength of the hawks.

The hawks are the exorcists that are hardwired to get as many kills as possible in the shortest time. Lute is an example. They possess two stripes on their wings.

They are the strongest and most brutal subtype.

The owls, with 3 stripes, are the medics and tacticians. Medics are also denoted by the cross in place of an X on their helmet. Sentry is one of them.

They are the most intelligent of the exorcists, at the cost of some physical prowess.

Hawks are the most populous, followed by a handful of each falcons and owls
