Last weekends trip to Biddulph Grange, an incredible Victorian Garden created by James Bateman. Takes you on a trip around the world, inspiration from Italy, China, and the Pyramids. Very impressive and beautiful grounds, highly recommend a visit. (2 of 2)

While away for Bank Holiday Weekend, we had a day out and visited Hamsterley Forest in Bishop Auckland. It is a beautiful place, and we had a great day for it as well.

Revisited Beamish over the Bank Holiday weekend. It's an amazing place to visit. You always seem to find something you haven't seen yet.
These are from the 1940s farm inside showing the range and furniture, as well as the yards and outbuildings showing equipment and some of the animals milling about. There is also a couple at the end showing some of the older buses they had out and about. (4 of 4)

These are from the 1900s town and Rowley Station they had a transport event on over the weekend we visited, and the train was back up and running again for the first time since 2020 (3 of 4)

Went away with the family for Easter Weekend to Ashbourne. Finally, we visited Carsington Water Reservoir, a gorgeous place to walk around and got the weather for it as well.

Went away with the family for Easter Weekend to Ashbourne. The next stop was The Crich Tramway Village, Great place to visit. Vintage trams you can ride around on a street of history and some woodland with carved sculptures, got a bit of everything for everyone.

Visited Erddig last weekend, a country house and estate in Wrexham, Wales. Only partly open this time of year, would love revisit to see the rest of the house. They had portraits of their servants with poetry attached. Highly recommend a visit. (2 of 2)
