You feared The Raiden Shogun. The sharp, deadly robotic fellow that'd kill enemy at sight. And the lover of Eternity.

You were walking down that path from Ei's home, when you suddenly saw what you thought to be Ei, sitting on a bench right next to a blossom tree, floating, meditating in a meditation position. The sun shines onto the platform and you were watching her from behind, the view being magnificent.

"Hey Ei!" You say cheerfully, approaching what you thought to be, your former friend, "what's up, I know your meditating, can I join?" You say sitting right next to her, with an overly friendly gesture, a smile.

.

She doesn't answer, rather, she keeps her eyes closed and meditates.

"Uhm.. Ei? You there." You answered once again, at the mention of Ei the figure God-look alike peeks at you with one eye, a cold deadly stare was all you see before she closes them shut.

.

"... Busy concentrating eh? Well that's okay, while you meditate I can talk about all sorts of things I did before coming here." You say bringing both your legs up the bench, sitting with legs crossed.

.

Still, The figure didn't answer, simply meditating, the wind gushes her hair into the air. Magnificient.

.

You talked about your journey in mondstat, how you meet amber, venti, jean, kaeya, and diluc. You then moved to how you all defeated the Dragon, to your adventure in liyue, to the summer adventure you had. Then moving to the electro archon, you spoke of how much you loved, and enjoyed her presence, the person you thought was Ei.

'huh... whats this weird feeling."

'My heart feels warm and my breathing feels heavy...'

The robot thinks within listening to you saying how much you enjoyed her presence, and how happy she made you, that she really is the best archon.

.

Once again, she opens both her eyes to you, looking down at the small figure in front of her, strands of blonde hair, with full of love puppy eyes. Aether (You) was confessing to her, and her heart beats like a rock getting smashed by a hammer. The cuteness was like a puppy dog, she looks at aether with slightly widened eyes, her heart beats a bit more.

"I love you too."

The next minute a huge truck with boxes of onigiris and protein bars broke into your home, spoiling you with raidens richness. The robot is logical, although it has emotional feelings that error her way and lack of experience in it. This is somehow her way of showing love.

GENSHIN CHARACTERS Lumine and Hu Tao

NOTES one-shot fanfic I wrote abt in Genshin, enjoy reading and please leave a like.

Lumine was wandering the forest without her fellow floating emergency food companion, Paimon. She walks slowly and steadily into the dark, deep forest. its silence eats away at her, for she was looking for an urban legend from deep within Mondstat woods at midnight. A scary, human-killing ghost, Hu Tao.

The grass is blue-ish dark green, the bark of the trees was thick and too dark to see.

Lumine continued walking when suddenly she heard a snap. It was a stick broken in half right behind her. She turns around to see the sight in terror. She held her sword out from her shaft, hopefully thinking ghosts aren't immune to physical weaponry.

.

A giggle was heard from behind. The sound passes through a group of trees like a figure is slowly walking past it. Lumine held out her sword towards the point, getting ready to charge in between the trees. Plan on attacking it.

"boo," The ghost appears behind Lumine, whispering harshly into her ear, it holds onto her shoulders with both hands.

.

"what brings you hear comrade?" A devil smirk painted on Hu Tao's face.

.

Lumine yelled in fear and shock. Jumping back and falling onto the ground, she faced her. Lumine was shaking in fear, and her sword was thrown a foot away from her. "Wh- what do you want!?"

.

"I should be asking that question." Hu Tao says, floating off the ground with her legs in front of the other. She bends down, so her face is on the same eye level as Lumines. "What brings you to Mondstat Dark Woods." Hu Tao flashes a sharp pointy devil smirk.

.

Lumine sat down and quickly moved backward a foot away from Hu Tao in her sitting position. "I was just passing by!" She yells in fear on a half-arse lie, in attempts she'd let her go.

.

"Is that so?" Hu Tao floats in a near laying down on her front position, her arms behind her back, still bending down to her eye level, she floats around her.

.

An even wider devil smirk flashes Hu Tao's lips. "Where you heading off to then." Her head pops out from Lumine's right side, a grinning scary smile. Hu Tao's right behind her. The shade shading her face, she looks at Lumine seriously.

.

Lumine gulped in silent fear, staring back at her, barely holding her own.

.

"L-look! I just wanna go home to Mondstat okay, a-and I just got lost." She faced Hu Tao, moving a foot back away from her quickly, slowly moving an inch towards her sword on the grass behind her. "so if you could excuse me and let me go, I'd like to continue looking for my home." She says calmly, a distraction to her next move.

.

"hm... How bout." Hu Tao sits legs crossed on the grass, no longer floating. She has one arm across her torso and the other arm's elbow on top of her other hand in between her armpit, her hand on her chin, thinking of what the decision will be. "no."

.

Her eyes flash in bright red light. Her face has a devilish smile. A thick dark aura emits behind her as her ghost companion reveals out.

.

Lumine quickly shifted her body from the sitting position into throwing her legs in the direction of the sword, grabbing it in the process and getting up. She stood in a battle position, sword towards the enemy and legs spread apart.

.

Lumine's face shows a thick facade of coldness and concentration but her heart trembles before her.

.

She is battling Hu Tao.

.

Authors note: my mistake for making Lumine a scaredy-cat here, main character was originally supposed to be aether. like n follow?
