• Extreme Makeover HTML edition •

After ages of attempts I was able to decipher hieroglyphs HTML code and finally customized my blog as I wanted it. Above, a slide of my model/alt Barbarella taken in the precise moment in which I wanted to commit Tumblrcide. But that was not the case! The guys at Tumblr Support are awesome and helped me out.

My precedent SL pics look tiny now, because they were made for another blog format, but you can always see them bigger on my Flickr or on my Deviant Art page, if you want to.

• 1979 •

I watched "Scarface" for the umpteenth time and when Michelle Pfeiffer makes her entrance I always stop breathing until she gets off the glass elevator and does all the stairs. In the meantime, I discovered how cool Deborah Harry was/is (got "heart of glass", "Atomic" , "good boys", etc playing in loop in my ipod these days).

So. I found this gourgeous azure (night)gown/pantsuit that looks very end of 70s - beginning of 80s to me and with these two American goddesses in mind, I shot the pic.

I also found a similar hairdo as Michelle/Elvira has in the movie, but on my avie looked like a bowl lol, so I used this old 0 Style freebie that still looks hot in my opinion ^_^

My mother has a similar dress in her wardrobe, bought in Milan in 1979, back from her disco days ^_^. Hence, I titled this post "1979".

• Doll Coco •

Coco Designs' dolls were finally available for purchase from today and I had to have one. They are mesh, they are incredibly well done, gorgeous and… unmodifiable. If you don't already know, u can't wear clothes layers on a substitutive rigged mesh body, but just prims, sculpties and of course mesh clothes specifically created for it.

I picked also a couple of outfits (plus the free one, which is a group gift). The quality is high: Cocoro Lemon can really be called an artist, yet same story as above: I can't modify, I can't use just parts of the outfit, I can't mix and match! And mixing and matching is the fun part of playing dolls in SL! But , as I said above, this is really a stunning work.

•Halloweeeeen!•

EEEW! Too many good goodies around SL these days for Halloween, I could post 50 different looks. But, instead of doing that, I just forced more stuff I could into a single outfit and what came out is this vampire/devil/zombie/batgirl/bride-of-Frankenstein thing… in punk sauce lol.

The Zombie Popcorn Hunt is just… how could I define it with a not-much-used-by-SL-bloggers adjective… AWESOME! (^_^;). Creators have been really…creative, I would have bought half of the stuff of this hunt. I left out some very cool items 'cause I could not wear them all - the risk was me making explode the Sim -  but you can easily find them in other blogs, like SLFREEBIEHUNTER
