Transmasc!Ashlynn is still my personal favorite headcannon for the entire series. It just makes too much sense in my head. Flint probably ended up the most different out of any redesign I’ll ever do for EAH, but I kind of like that. I’d like to think that after he transitions his signature in the Storybook of Legends is voided out since it’s not his name anymore. Ashlynn might’ve signed the book, but Flint is free to live his life without any glass shoes or pumpkin carriages. Also, to save the confusion, I renamed Hunter to Archer because Hunter Huntsman is the dumbest name ever.

I made Apple White a more cottage-core style to match the aesthetic that Snow White is most typically depicted as, but also made it unmistakably rich and fancy looking. Funnily enough, this redesign looks way more like the original design than my first pass. I just missed the quilted jacket too much to leave it out again. I like to think that when Apple isn’t wearing makeup she doesn’t look like Snow White at all. If you saw her without the red lipstick and apple accessories you wouldn’t even recognize her as Snow White’s daughter, just another Princess Charming without a grand destiny

Back at it again. My old designs are like two years old now! I had some good ideas for how to make them much better, so I thought I’d throw myself back into the EAH ring. That being said, my Raven Queen didn’t change much. I mostly just cleaned it up and made it feel less cluttered than my first draft. I wanted her to look more witchy. Now that I’m not drawing these designs in high school, sleep deprived, running on Mountain Dew, and during my lunch break while I was supposed to be eating, I think they’ll turn out much better. Hopefully.

I got some new art supplies!!!!! And I drew a cute little Animal Crossing gijinka. I’ve been feeling kind of bored when it comes to my art lately, so I decided to get a small set of Ohuhu markers as well as a small set of nicer than Crayola colored pencils. Unfortunately, none of them came with a decent color for the skin tone, so Julian is paper white for now. I wanted to give him a vitiligo spot on his face to match his horse design, but that’ll have to wait until I have my skin tone set of pencils back 🙃 I am loving these supplies so I’ll probably be posting more traditional art from now on lol

Listen, listen, listen. If the live action Legend of Zelda movie isn't as breathtaking, detailed, ethereal, and magical as Legend (1985) then I literally am not watching it. If they're not going to be using real sets for the environments, and real special effects for the monsters, and real costume and makeup, then it's not worth it. If they just CGI everything, they're wasting the potential for what could be the best movie ever made

Day ten! I know cat fursonas are kind of cliche, but I wouldn’t be any other animal. Picking a different one for the sake of originality would be a betrayal of my heart and love for cats. So here’s my guy! Their name is Jingle, and I totally stole the star tail from @fourleafisland whole cloth. The star on their tail lights up when they cast spells 🌟

I FORGOT TO POST THIS HEEEEEEREEEEE!!!! Day seven of Cringetober was to use a Pinterest art base, but I really wasn’t feeling any of the classic well known ones tbh. So I looked up “Pinterest art base” on google and had my friend pick one that I’d draw. Unfortunately that base was not credited so I just used it as ✨inspiration✨ for this rather than directly copying it. I might end up giving this character a snake tattoo tbh, snakes suit him pretty well
