I just realized that Lucky Cyan being the hero number seven is such incredible symbolism because seven is considered a lucky number.

Time Travel AU:
This is just some crazy idea I had that I'll never be able to implement, so I decided to share it here.
Lin Ling has been playing Nice for a while now. Moon and Nice haven't gotten married yet, so Moon is still in the Hero Tower.
Some villain that Lin Ling fights sends him back in time to when the original Nice was still alive. Even though the original Nice is alive, Lin Ling retains Nice's appearance and abilities, as well as his trust value. Lin Ling doesn't even immediately realize that something is wrong, and continues to play Nice despite some of the oddities he notices around him, but chooses to ignore because his life is pretty crazy these days and he's learned to just accept whatever is thrown at him. Maybe at the beginning, even Miss J mistook Lin Ling for the original Nice and takes him away to film a show or something, ignoring the fact that Nice is acting a little unusual.
Nice at this time is not yet depressed, but is already starting to feel the pressure of society's expectations. He just goes about his normal hero business, although he may notice at some point that he has more time to himself than usual (since Lin Ling is acting out Nice for half a day instead of the original Nice).
At the end of the day, they both end up in the same place and finally see each other for the first time. Nice is very confused because he found his doppelganger, and Lin Ling is shocked because he sees a living dead person. Lin Ling, being the expressive young man that he is, unintentionally spills a lot of information to Nice in his shocked state, including that he is from the future and that Lin Ling became Nice's replacement after he committed suicide. Nice is devastated because his future wasn't what he expected, and on top of that he's mad at Treeman for simply replacing him with someone else in the future and pretending like nothing happened, like Nice's life meant nothing to them. Eventually Miss J finds out that there are two of them now (maybe Moon found them together and called her, or maybe Nice called Miss J in a fit of rage at Treeman to tell her what he thought of them) and they all get together to decide what to do next.
I haven't thought past that, but I like the idea that Treeman eventually decides to use Lin Ling to fill in for Nice sometimes, thus giving Nice more freedom and also making him stop being so mad at them for what they would have done to him in the future if Lin Ling hadn't shown up. Lin Ling agrees to these terms since his past self also exists in this time, so he can't go back to his old life. Besides, he is still a fan of Moon, and he is happy to continue spending time with her.
So, Lin Ling becomes Nice and Moon's new roommate, and he sometimes fills in for Nice during filming and other social events. Maybe while filming another commercial, Lin Ling, as Nice, would even meet his past self, who knows.

Shoto says that it was during this period of chaos that AFO appeared, and a few pages later we are shown a mysterious man walking through the empty, ruined streets. Horikoshi, what the hell?

I'm now thinking about this Dark AU where AFO still managed to take over Izuku's body and now he became truly invincible because Izuku was the only one who could deal heavy damage to AFO without the risk of his quirk being stolen, and besides Moreover, Izuku is originally quirkless, and the damage OFA inflicts on people with quirks does not affect him. At the same time, if AFO took over Izuku's body, it would be a very strong blow to everyone's spirit, because Izuku is the inspiration, the Symbol of Hope, looking at whom the heroes find the strength to continue to fight with all their might despite all the injuries and pain which they experience. How would Izuku's teachers and friends feel if they realized that they would be forced to fight the monster inside Izuku, with no way to defeat it except by killing Izuku? This one is truly terrifying.
The heroes were very lucky that Shirakumo intervened to stop AFO from reaching Izuku.

I haven't seen anyone pay attention to this, so I'll do it: Izuku in chapter 423 sees the real face of AFO for the first time.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The fact that Izuku doesn't react to his appearance means that Izuku doesn't recognize him. So this makes it less likely that the DFO theory will be confirmed. However, I would not completely discount this theory. Considering how many new things we learned in the final arc, such as the fact that AFO was able to change his appearance and his blood type/DNA, Horikoshi could easily make DFO canon if he wanted. There are only two secrets left that Horikoshi has not yet revealed to us, and these are Tsubasa and Hisashi. We should probably expect them in the epilogue.

I see one optimistic scenario in which Izuku can still retain his quirk.
If you watched the second movie (which is considered canon at this point), then you know that the OFA users independently returned to Izuku at the end of the movie.
Tumblr media
Their will was what allowed the quirk to return after Izuku willingly gave the quirk to Katsuki. And in the final battle, Izuku also voluntarily handed over the OFA to Shigaraki, except Shinomori. So in theory, OFA users excluding Shinomori could return to Izuku. The question was whether they survived after Izuku threw them with all his might at Shigaraki. Because, as Kudo said, they should have disappeared after they hit Shigaraki's mental barrier.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And in chapter 423 we see that they still exist.
Tumblr media
But more than that, Shigaraki is the owner of OFA at this point, and we see him touching hands with Izuku.
Tumblr media
Even if OFA users were unable to return to Izuku on their own for whatever reason, Shigaraki could transfer OFA back to Izuku if he wished. Who knows, maybe Shigaraki could even transfer his own vestige since he also became one of the OFA users. On the other hand, unlike the rest of the OFA users, Shigaraki doesn't have his own quirk, and neither does All Might, and we don't see vestige All Might being among those trying to give AFO the final blow. So, it is not entirely clear whether vestige All might was passed on to Shigaraki originally or not. However, I think that if the rest of the OFA users had the opportunity to return, they might take Tomura with them.
Honestly, I don't think this scenario will happen, but I would really like it to happen. Izuku likes quirks and has always liked OFA. Izuku deserves to have a quirk and he deserves to be a hero. I want Izuku and Katsuki to be a hero duo who always compete with each other, but also always support each other. Izuku deserves to be able to continue saving people like he always wanted. Regardless of whether Izuku became the greatest hero or not by defeating the greatest evil, I want this not to be the last thing he does as a hero. I want to see Izuku keep up with his classmates on the path to becoming heroes.
