Strong arm feel better in a tight blouse. Strong arms are sexy. It is okay to have sleek, defined arms with some round definition. We have the right to bare arms. Make sure when in high plank position, your shoulders, elbows and wrist are in vertical alignment. In low plank keep shoulders and elbows in vertical alignment and wrist and elbows in horizontal alignment. When inch worming, land softly and flatly on you palms, not fingers or fingertips. 🌏Our world literally revolves around our nutrition. 🍖🥚Nutrition by definition means the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth. -Health AND Growth- 👶🏾👧🏾We are fed as soon as we enter into this world in order to build our systems that will in return help us grow. You can’t grow or be healthy without food. But it is also the most misunderstood supplement know to man. We don’t understand why we overeat, under eat, mistreat food and retreat to food that is no good for us. Hell, why do they even make food that has no nutritional value? (Later about that) 👨🏾‍🌾Food governs our lives. We are raised eating what is put in front of us due to our cultures, someone’s idea of what is good for us or what our bodies can physically handle. We become a product of those before us until we are mature enough to decide between good and bad. Yet we make poor or healthy decisions based on media, medicine or even momma. We time our days around breakfast, lunch and dinner and somewhere in between we have learned how to “snack”. Ask yourself, what is your connection with food? How has food ran your life, your social circle, you mood and or your family. Before you attempt a new diet, nutrition plan, seek a nutritionist or even google “what to eat for x blood type”, ask yourself, be real with yourself and understand what kind of line is drawn between you and you nutrition. If you put a pound of muscle on the scale and a pound of fat on the scale, they both weigh a pound. Except muscle is more dense, appealing and takes up less space. Fat is bulky, invasive and takes up so much space. Weight training adds muscle to your body and in turn aids in fat burning all day long. You body works to maintain the muscle as well as provides nourishments for them. As we mature, women, it is important to our systems that we have a level of muscularity that will help our joint and bones continue to operate smoothly. Yes it is the little things you do that mean the most. Most people are scared of change because they think they will have to change their entire life. But in essence that is not the case. You can start with 10 minutes of walking or adding a multivitamin or mineral. Do that consistently for 21 days then move on to the next action.
