Workout started with back squats 5 rounds increase weight, last round shows crappy range but that was reps 25-27 starting at 155 and finishing at 275. Workout... Back squats/30” Table Jumps. Bulgarian split squats/single leg bench jumps. Weighted table jumps/goblet Squat variation. Leg Extensions/Leg Curls/calf raises paired with tuck jumps to broad jump. Finisher was 3 rounds of deadmill sprints, Lateral dead’s,Single Leg Step Jumps and jumping lunges.
