“ Good, it’d totally kill my street cred if anybody knew I got help with my homework from my little sister. ”

“Okay, okay. I believe you!”

“ It means I can do my own homework without my baby sister’s help. ”

The question was unexpected, and it was one he didn’t have an answer for. Sav knew that if he said the wrong thing, that there’d be a bout of worrying; but if he said the right thing, he’d be lying. He decided to tell the truth. “ I guess so. I feel okay. ” 

Bonnie would walk out of the room, her bag on her shoulder. Her brown colored eyes would stare over at him before speaking, “What about you? Are you happy today?” She questioned. Since he did get the girl out of her bad attitude phase, it would have been kind to at least ask him how his day was going.

“ I can, Alli - I’m pretty sure I’m the one who’s been in school longer than you. ” 

“I sure hope so.”

“ No, I can do this. ” He replied, shaking his head lightly as he did so. “ We need to get the work done, can’t do anything if I’m asleep.. ” 

“I’m glad your good but being tired is never a fun experience,” she answered and looked Sav. “You should lay down or sit, take a load off. I can get the rest of this done.” A playful glint showed in Gabi’s dark eyes, “You know, supervise.”

“ Right. ” He murmured lightly before he set away from the toilet, his back hitting the wall as he made an attempt at resting. “ Alright. ”

“Let me in! I think I’m gonna throw up.”

“Okay okay,” she said as she opened the door. “Just don’t puke on the carpet, my mom will kill me.”

“yeah — alright, if you say so. but, if you ever wanna talk about anything…”

Her small act of comedy made Sav’s lips turn slightly upward in a soft, genuine smile; a hushed laugh coming out. “ He’s a creepy dude.. Had to work with him once, but it wasn’t that bad, I didn’t have to talk to him or anything. ”

“ I play guitar, music is just something I like.. I helped with some music for one of the plays that was oddly about Goldsworthy’s obsession with his ex.. ” He felt rather uncomfortable with Fiona studying him and trying to get into his head; it wasn’t often someone wanted to get to know him, nothing like this had happened since he was School President.

Fiona rubbed her hands together in animated gesture, letting out a comical villain laugh. “I think I’ve seen him around. Doesn’t seem too intimidating. I don’t let small town politics worry me, especially when it concerns a gothic theatre nerd,” she teased.

“You have to have more interests than that, Sav. I mean, I’m not insulting you… but I could pretty much read that you were struggling for words.” She sat up confidently. “There must be some other things that pique your interest,” she asserted, studying the brunette.
