Some of you might know I have M.E. Part of this means I sometimes have a hard time getting to sleep & poor quality sleep. I’ve done (and continue to do) a lot of work on it with a specialist, but I still have to make a conscious effort to keep a healthy sleep routine!

Here are some tips for anyone struggling w insomnia or just looking for ideas for a nice, gentle bedtime routine:

Have a bath. I personally find it better to do this earlier on in the evening, so u can wind down for a while rather than immediately trying to sleep afterwards. There are lots of bedtime bubble baths designed for kids & babies, or u can go a lil fancier and try out bath products from places like Lush, etsy, The Body Shop etc. 🛁🎀

Buy or make some lavender essential oil spray and spritz ur pillow before bed 💜💦

Sip on a small sippy or bottle of warm milk of ur choice before bed. It’s comforting and adding a little honey may help u sleep better! If u wanna go all out, whip up some golden milk. I use this recipe but replace the maple syrup w honey & the fresh ginger w ground. It can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple days so u can make a double batch 🍯💝

Get a pill box to make taking ur meds easier 💊

Get a cute sleep mask 😌

A little baby powder can make u feel super soft and silky and ready for bed! Unfortunately a lot of baby powders contain talc, but there are plenty of recipes online for making simple DIY versions. If u wanna keep it super simple, try using cornstarch - get a big mason jar or something similar and saturate a cotton ball with essential oils or perfume of ur choice (lavender is an obvious choice for bedtime!) and then pour cornstarch over the cotton ball, leaving a lil space in the jar. Shake it up and leave it to absorb the scent for a day. U can transfer it to a lil powdered sugar shaker or sth like that for ease of use, if u like. Lots of variations exist on google but that’s super basic and it’s cheap and customisable!! 👼🏻

Listen to bedtime stories. I recommend the Epic! app or a podcast called Stories Podcast (lil green and white icon of a girl & dragon). 🐉💤

Listen to lullabies. There are plenty on youtube! 🎶

Use a nightlight or dim lamp. Don’t just turn it on around bedtime, turn it on a bit ahead of time while you wind down. I have a main lamp, then I switch to a slightly dimmer one an hr or two before bed, and sometimes switch to a salt rock lamp about half an hr before bedtime. They are very very calming and pretty! Don’t understimate the impact lighting can have on ur sleepiness! 💖

Having a chore chart u can fill in at the end of the day really helps u to switch off responsible mode & get into that bedtime headspace. ✅

With each dicipline comes a variety of options: Diapers- *Must be worn all day (even of we go out) *bring spares to change into * Must be worn until used * Must be worn until cummed in *A combonation of any of the previous Mommy also has the right to choose if the little should be diapered or not whether he has done something wrong or not. These instances are “just in case incidences” Be sure to reiterate that it’s just in case, but be stern about the diaper wearing.

Littles cannot: * diaper themselvez * take there diaper off * touch themselves in a diaper without mommies permission

Spanking A firm spanking is needed every so often. If threatening with a spanking, be sure to follow through. Many positions can be assumed: *The over the knee. -make sure to hold the arm behind the back -wriggling makes it worse *hands and knees -the little is forced on hands and knees with ass in the air for mommy to spank

Accidents Mommy must insure all accidents are punished to her liking. Accidents usually result in an instant diapering (wherever they occur) which the type of diaper punishment will be chosen by the mommy.

Accidents include *cum *not shaking off after peeing * wetspot in underwear * full on potty accident (should only occur in private) Hard on without mommys permission (this can be construed as a possible accident in the making and diapering should be a “just in case moment”

Buttplay * Butt toys should only be used when mommy wants to make the little boy cum. *LUBE LUBE LUBE. * put in during diapering. Mommy uses diaper to hold toy in place (by taping diaper over toy)

Checking the diaper *duaper checks should be done frequently. discreetly in public Non discreet when not Mommy will always initiate the check If mommy finds an accident, refer to the accident section

Hand placement * butt pats, crotch grabs, crotch rubs, butt rubs, in between the legs grab. These will always stimulate the little boy. Used to remind little boybhebis in a diaper and mommy is in charge.

Mommy can always be pleasured. “Good boy”, “good little boy” or any variations can be ises when mommy is satisfied

In conclusion, mommy should keep the little boy in line, when she sees fit. Anything can be cause for punshment. A warning may be issued once. Warnings include what littlw did wrong and what the punishment will be if the action is continued.

Sterness in voice is effective. Always follow through.

Little time Mommy can initiate little time whenever she wants. That is instant diaper and little clothes. And cuddles.
