Criminal Minds workout
Everytime someone calls Reid doctor -5 situps
Everytime someone says “unsub” or “unknown subject” - 20 jumping jacks (or 20 squats if you need to be quiet)
Everytime Morgan and Garcia flirt - 30 leg lifts
Opening sequence and End quote, wall sit during + 30 seconds after
When the profile is given - 10 squats
Everytime the unsub is on screen - 5 push-ups
this is not to romanticize eating disorders, or to encourage over exercising, this is a way to lightly workout for people who don’t like to workout, or don’t know how to start.
please tell me if you would like me to do one for any other show, movie, or anything else.
Stay safe loves

Flabulous
A year and a half has gone by since I started college.
I have loved every troubling, stressful, sleepless moment up until this point.
I have gained so much weight since I started going back to school that I feel like I have lost myself, in a sense. I have lost my confidence, self-awareness, and fabulous-ness.
I am committed to being confident, flabulously; while working toward a new set of goals which include fitness goals. I want to be the fabulous self that I once knew.
Enjoy the journey. I’m using this as an outlet for myself.

Italian Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze
Looking for a yummy cookie that fun to make and easy to bake? Look no further! These cookies were a blast making- and will make plenty with just one batch. Top this cookie off with your own homemade lemon glaze that adds some citrus bliss into your late night treat.
You will need the following ingredients:
(Cookie Ingredients)
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon zest
15 oz ricotta (whole milk or fresh)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
(Glaze Ingredients)
1 Tbsp butter (salted or unsalted), melted
3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 to 6 Tbsp milk (start with 4 and add as needed to reduce thickness)
Directions for Cookies:
Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl and set aside.
Whip together butter, granulated sugar and lemon zest with an electronic mixer until pale and fluffy.
Mix in ricotta and vanilla extract. Then, add one egg in at a time.
Set mixer on low speed and slowly add in flour mixture and mix until combined.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours or up to 2 days. Preheat oven to 350 degrees during last 20 minutes of dough chilling.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon on. Bake for 10-14 minutes, or until bottom just begins to brown.
Cool on wire rack. Once cool, dip tops of cookies in glaze. Immediately add sprinkles after dipping in glaze. Return to wire rack. Once completely cool, store in airtight container.
Directions for Glaze:
Whisk together powdered sugar, melted butter, lemon juice, and 4 Tbsp milk until smooth. Add 1 Tbsp. of milk at a time to reduce thickness, however thickness should be a tad thicker than doughnut glaze. Set aside.
