what if.. heavymedic but yuri.... (aka my BLU team/AU/idk-what-they-are-exactly designs)

ramblings below the cut:

even though they're technically the same people as the default RED mercs, they still have their differences and characteristics. i'm usually not too big on cloning theory or anything, so that's why they are an AU of sorts.

their designs are a combination of early tf2 concept art and drew wolf's alternate character designs. all with a slightly more technologically advanced BLU twist. even more thoughts!

Medic / Dr. Ludwig / Hildegund "Hilde"

this might be just the colour palette talking, but i'd say she's really into dental medicine, mostly experimentation obviously

since RED medic wears a women's labcoat (buttoned on his left side) my BLU medic wears the men's coat

instead of white doves, she cares for a flock of common pigeons (bc they're more blue yk heheheh)

her most precious one is called Eukleides, named after the influential greek mathematician

the name itself is not the popular german spelling, but idk i like this one better

Heavy / Matrona

instead of just russian literature, BLU heavy is even more interested in writing herself (medic is a bit torn that she can't understand them properly, but it motivates her to keep learning)

not really shown here but i need to mention that she's also bald

scarf protects her from sunburns!

also bc of her job she doesn't really feel like she's "allowed" to be feminine
