A recently uncovered draft from December 2018. Already I am feeling inspired to reshape some elements. Finding ephemera like this has a different inspirational value than discovering a lost text doc on a computer. Perhaps in the creative moment, using the typewriter can feel clumsy or like a nostalgic cliché, but the typed page preserves something of the moment and its energy.

Tuve mucha suerte de haber sido invitado hacer curaduría para una selección de frases para una traducción colectiva del martiniqués Édouard Glissant. Gracias a Bruno Darío, Andrés Paniagua, Ricardo Suasnavar, Diego Espíritu, Txema Novelo, Masumi Rioja y Íñigo Malvido por sus contribuciones! La obra fue publicado en Dolce Stil Criollo no.3, y La edición debe estar disponible pronto en CDMX, los EU y alrededor del mundo. I was lucky enough to have been invited to curate a selection of passages for a collective translation of the Martinican Édouard Glissant. Thanks to Bruno Darío, Andrés Paniagua, Ricardo Suasnavar, Diego Espíritu, Txema Novelo, Masumi Rioja and Íñigo Malvido for your contributions!
