Just going to leave this here. If you don't think you can do it, you can. Having PCOS makes it hard to lose weight. Having asthma makes me want to quit working out sometimes, because I get frustrated with always losing my breath. Know what I haven't done since late April/early May? Give up on myself anymore. I finally full on accepted that it's going to be a challenge, took it by the fat and said "let's do this!" I haven't looked back since. I had gotten to a point where I had almost lost complete will to even try, because I kept getting frustrated. Do I have cheat days? Yes. Looking at the progress I've made so far, I'm happy with it! I can now with 1 hand lift a 35 pound barbell(1st pic, the other 2 were my warm-up ones at 20 pounds.), that's something I've been working towards... the 20 pound ones used to be a huge stretch for me, and now theyre used to warm up... so for the ones that have asked me "Do you just go to the gym to take pictures?"
