3. Fruit snacks
4. Coffee, tea, fruit juice

6. If I’m feeling particularly adventurous veggies like peas or pepper but that’s only in certain days

Hey y’all sorry for being dead for a little bit. I’ve been having a hard time and a lot has happened in my life so I was not really posting anything for awhile. I’m back now though and ready to post more then ever. I’m gonna start posting food logs and stuff so if your interested in that give me a follow. Today is my self care Sunday,
So I will be doing a high restrict sort of day to try and take care of myself a little better. For breakfast I had 2 donuts (absolutely crazy and a little distrusting Ik) and coffee. For lunch if I need it I’ll have a small plate of shredded mozzarella cheese. Idk what’s for dinner but I always have to have it with my family so I’ll be eating whatever that is. I’m gonna pace 10000 steps to burn some cals too. Stay safe lovelies, sorry I can’t do better today to encourage you all but I just need a little break from being so restrictive.
