I thought about creating this space to share with those who are not on the wider or more comfortable side of the road, and with that I mean people who do not have excessive resources “for now” or who are going through a bad time. And I feel the need to do it because I know what it is to have a life full of everything except opportunities, I know what it is to have vicissitudes, to deal with problems one after another, in short, I do not come from a rich family, I did not even know what family was. That is why I present it for free and for anyone who resonates with this, who feels that it can be an opportunity or guide to find a path in life, to review any problem or situation and to rebuild or redirect their life again.
Believe me there are many things that can literally save a person's life, for some it is art, or music, reading, etc. an endless number of positive things that can transport people to better mental scenarios to achieve the drive to overcome problems and change their life, for me it was sports. Believe me and have faith that we can change our scenarios, our life for something positive, we can always get what we really want and desire for our lives. We will be handling concepts, information and instructions as we develop content through this way, as I see what you all require a priori and how the order of the information to be delivered works best for you evolution. I will show you my way and everything that has helped me along the path. Let us remember for now what more than one has said: “we can get and do whatever we want, the key is “if” if you really want to do it; then you will go for it”

“20% of strength depends on the body, the other 80% lies in your mind” Likewise, 20% of achieving a healthy life, a good figure or body image will be training; the other 80% will be in your diet and the habits you form. We will begin with the first free routine ma'am! Yes! Ma'am! Training, there is no room for excuses is my first warning! If one person can do it; we can all do it.
And we will begin to develop a little “education” to learn how to eat. I do not believe in crazy diets; of eating only lettuce, tuna and water, in fact I do not agree with it, personally I believe that the negative repercussions for the body are fatal.
