villains are hard to design. making them ugly is dangerous, depending on what traits you choose to frame as monstrous or undesirable, you could very well end up saying something fatphobic, racist, anti-semitic, etc

but if you make a hot villain then people will get thirsty and demand redemptions and refuse to acknowledge their evil actions, no matter how despicable

Hi I’m alive.

Lots has happened.

Work got crazy. Got a promotion that wasn’t really a promotion. Got a raise that wasn’t really a raise. Caught covid. Got better. Made friends. Got a boyfriend. Moved. Got a second job. Bought two more scooters (cause both of mine broke) ones more motorcycle and boyfriend drives it cause iiii still have no license. Got a new phone (cause mine broke) still need a new oven (cause it brokeeeee) and I’m still broke (like broke broke brooookey broke) haven’t written in eons, have barely read….

Really want to start a new project but what is time.

Still love Klance and Lotor. Still stupidly in love with Soukoku (Chuuya. It’s mainly chuuya.) recently gave in to watch hunterxhunter…

Mostly watch Hulu when I eat and then pass out to work again. (Today was an HR suggested and Holly/Ethan/Lana enforced mental health personal day cause uhmmmm ya girls high fucken strung (the oven was the last straw and then my electronics all started giving me shit so like… hahahahahahaaaaaaa…)

Also I don’t know my log in information. For like. Anything. :) :) :) and my computer reset at some point so how do I even use tumble off mobile again— who knows.

there’s a large grey area between “this creator is a misogynist/homophobe/racist” and “this creator did not fully think through the implications of some of their writing choices” and it would be nice if people would stop to assess where in the scale between those two cases their criticism applies, instead of going for a hard zero on the first option all the time

One of my favorite parts of bubbline is you got this pink princess literally MADE of candy and then an emo/punk rock vampire queen who’s father is the king of basically hell and the candy one has committed many war crimes and various atrocities and the vampire gets emotional over her teddy bear

no offense but i’m literally starving for affection but when people give it to me i can’t accept it as valid because i’m worried i’ve manipulated their perception of me by only portraying myself a certain way and feeling like this portrayal of myself is an imposter and makes me disingenuous and not deserving of the affection they give me.
