Do you prefer tea or coffee? And what would you eat with it for a snack?
«I choose tea. As a child, I only knew two types of tea. Thick black tea and milk tea from my grandmother. It wasn't until I was a teenager that I realized that there are different types of tea, as well as different flavorings»
«The coffee that was offered to me all this time turned out to be too bitter and unsaturated. Perhaps I just couldn’t find the right one, as was the case with tea before»
«I usually pair sweets or pastries with tea. Most often it is chocolate, chocolate candies or some kind of cake. The taste of the tea helps me balance out the sweetness. But I can also drink tea instead of water, which actually helps me maintain my body’s hydration balance, heh»
here it is!! my pieces for the love, an undertalezine!! i’m pretty satisfied with how these both turned out, even if they ended up being quite different from how i conceptualized them.
the zine is chock full of great art from talented people
whats your drawing process?? or maybe what has been the most effective practice for you to improve in art? i could genuinely stare at every one of your drawings for hours i ADOREE them and i'm so curious about the thought that gets put behind it!!
firstly thanks so much !!!! and i’d love to talk about my process a bit !
as far as linework goes, i try to keep my work super gestural, mostly because i’m most comfortable with it and i love how it looks stylistically. i’ve practiced that thru tons of live figure drawings + other life/observational drawings, keeping my lines loose and continuous !! i’m also a big fan of blind contours to warmup, they’re great for getting your mind loose and familiar with connecting what you see with ur pen
here’s a few examples of my recent studies if ur interested:
