In chapter 2 in spamton's shop, if you ask him about the knight be says

"KRIS, DID YOU KNOW THAT THE KNIGHT..."

"No, I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to --"

Previously we just assumed it was just spamton being erratic because he's crazy or something but with the new chapters I think that raises a new probable explanation

I think KRIS threatened Spamton to stop him from giving away information about their ally
