Hero/Villain Name: The Russian Quirk Name: Psychometry Description of Quirk (including setbacks/boundaries): The user obtains historical memories or sensations concerning beings and objects they can observe, and what has been done with it. With living beings or parts of the body the user learns their general life-history or current health. But he must have complete focus or he will be overwhelmed with what he sees, or if he watches for too long, will lose himself and disassociate. Personality: While he looks very serious, he’s gentle with those smaller than himself, or those who are injured. He doesn’t talk much, and when he does he speaks softly to avoid spooking people, Volg has a rather loud speaking voice, and his intense focus is sometimes unnerving. He doesn’t like fighting, but he is willing to do what he needs to protect someone or neutralize a situation. He is very confident in his abilities, and has good control of his quirk, all due to his hard work.Once he’s comfortable with someone he will talk more in depth, and even tell jokes. While he’s serious, he isn’t dense, and very perceptive of what’s around him, even if it seems like he isn’t paying attention. Volg’s favorite pass time is feeding pigeons. History: Volg’s Mother is from Russia, but she traveled to Japan to find better work. His father was a police officer in Tokyo, inspiring his son to follow in his footsteps. He discovered his quirk when he told his mother a story he had no business knowing, at first she thought he was possessed! But after a short visit to the doctor, she was assured that he was just fine. Volg continued to push his quirk, solving neighborhood crimes, and helping his father in his police work. We don’t roleplay with people not apart of the group because BNHA OC RP is set in a specific universe, and role playing with people outside of the group would be confusing. We use twitter because it’s easy, simple, gives our group a community in which we can grow closer as roleplayers, and good for those who might be busy! Physical Description: Addi had pastel pink hair in an asymmetrical cut. He pulls his bangs back, with a small tuft of hair that sticks up. Addi has really thick long eyelashes. He wears eyeliner that is in the shape of a cat eye. His eyes are a slightly darker pastel pink color. He will normally wear a baggy sweatshirt and shorts, and when he’s in school, he’ll wear the normal school uniform with the neck exposed and no tie. He wears a black choker ;;;3 He’ll roll up his sleeves as well. He has scars on his shoulders, arms, and hands from when he was little and his quirk was developing.

Description of Quirk (including setbacks/boundaries): Sword Dance is literally what it sounds like. He can create floating plasma swords. He can’t touch them and the only way he can really use them is if he dances with them. He can’t touch them because if he does, then it’ll burn him badly. (The only way I can really describe how he fights is the way Penny from Rwby fights when she fights Pyrrha in the 1v1) 

Personality: Addi has a pretty chill personality. As a villain, he comes in with the attitude of ‘i’m going to ruin this school’. He does plan to do this after he’s established some solid connections inside the villain community. He trades information from inside U.A. with other villains, and sometimes he’s paid for this. He does it without regrets and doesn’t really care how the students will end up in the end. He hates heroes because there was something with his parents and heroes. Addi doesn’t show his emotions too much. He’s mainly a flat faced kind of guy.    

History: His parents were both villains. He grew up in America and specifically transferred to U.A. to ruin the school. He’s always had the dream about crushing heroes, but now he gets to do it for real. He’s not afraid of being caught. He is however afraid of All Might (“That guy is too TALL”)  Otherwise he’s okay with whatever happens. He’s looking for a certain villain who said he would help Addi but shrug emoji. As of right now, he’s just hanging out, selling information.

Physical Description: A small girl who stands at 5'0ft, she does how ever have toned legs. She has long straight jet black hair with a small braid in the mist of it and square bands. She has sharp, feline-like golden eyes. Her appearance usually gives off an intimidating aura. Lastly she has a small thin tail and sharpen teeth

Quirk Name: Cheetah 

Description of Quirk (including setbacks/boundaries): Hirai’s quirk gives her all the abilities that a cheetah would have (hence the quirk’s name) Thanks to her quirk she has incredible speed and mobility. If she runs like usual (with two legs) she can easily out run the average human. If she runs on all fours she can reach speeds up to 80 mph. Keeping this in mind, she can only maintain her top speed for at most 5 minutes, then she must rest. On top of her incredible speed she also has enhanced hearing and sight, able to pick up the slightest movement/sound from a mile away. Lastly she has long nails that can form into sharpened claws whenever she wants. (Her superhero costume has a belt that holds a vial of poison where Hirai can dip her nails in for a more damaging blow) Also because of her quick mainly has to do with her legs, most of her strength is in her lower half. Which means her fighting style includes high jumps and powerful kicks.

Personality: Hirai’s personality definitely suits her quirk: she’s fierce. Known for not taking anyone’s shit. Quick-witted and brutally honest, you can’t test her. These traits tend to highlight the female’s overall intimidating aura around her. Because of this, she’s seen as rather cold, but in all actuality, she just has a resting bitch face. A competitive spirit but a loyal heart. Shes selfless, sticking up for the underdog, even if it means getting into a fight or two. Sure she may also throw some teasing insults, but she’s definitely a great ally and friend to have.

History: Hirai grew up in an urban city with a loving family. When she was born, the first thing that manifested from her quirk was her tail. Then after the years went by her quirk became to develop, fully developing at the age of 4. Her parents, once seeing Hirai’s amazing gift, knew that their little girl is capable of becoming a great hero. To begin that journey, Hirai’s mother enrolled Hirai into gymnastics, seeing that the training she’ll have here will become a good foundation for future training. Thus Hirai slowly developed her stamina, her flexibility and agility. Hirai quit gymnastics once she was accepted into UA

Description of Quirk (including setbacks/boundaries): freezes time in units of 1 cubic foot of space; current limit is 62 units. needs to look at the unit before being able to freeze it, but can maintain it without eye contact. Currently can maintain hold on 1 units for up to 1 hour; can maintain hold on 62 units for up to 1 minute. Will pass out from mental strain if limit exceeded; will die if limit is exceeded more than once within 62 hours. Excessive use of quirk causes minor brain damage.

Personality: Always Tired; that one kid who never studies but always does fairly well on exams n shit (like nara shikamaru, except not as smart). Likes the color yellow and eating eel. Dislikes most kinds of ice cream, mackerel, and Cishets™ (you know the kind). Is incredibly enthusiastic about space and cryptids. Chaotic Neutral with a tendency towards Neutral Good.

History: Their biological mom gave them up for adoption when they were an infant, but remained in contact with the three (3) women who adopted them. The four of them ended up dating when Saturn was, like, 5, and now they have four gr8 moms. Two neighborhood kids, Yui and Peony, befriended them in elementary school. The three have been inseparable since then. Saturn’s dream is to go to space and/or meet a Real Cryptid™. Their secondary dream is to become a hero. They ate an entire lemon one time, in front of their horrified classmates. Mineta lives next to Saturn, and they eagerly await the day when they can punt him into the mesosphere. Physical Description: Tadamasa is not much of a handsome person at first glance. He is bulky as a young man—he is fairly tall at 5'11", and powerfully built—broad torso, well-defined muscular limbs—besides. He has a round, babyish face, accentuated by hooded gray eyes, sharp eyebrows and a thick nose on the front, dark, close-cropped curly hair on the top and back, and a strong jaw on the sides. Scars are faint against his pale skin—the most prominent ones are rows of scratch marks on his right cheek and arms, and the rest are scattered on various parts of his body.

Hero/Villain Name: Carnivore

Quirk Name: Cat or Dog

Description of Quirk (including setbacks/boundaries): Tadamasa can transform into a variety of beast forms from the cat and dog families. His transformations are much larger than their real life counterparts—at his largest, Tadamasa can stand at 7 ft at the shoulder and be more than double that length from snout to tail, and his smallest form stands at three-quarters of his human height. He can shift in between forms—from human to cat, then cat to another cat, then cat to dog, then dog to cat to human, and so on and so forth. His body adapts to his transformation accordingly—however, he retains his human conscious and physical traits, like eye and hair colors, and scars, in his forms. Tadamasa’s senses, sheer physical strength, and reflexes sharpen inhumanly. However, as with the improvement in his eyesight, for example, his color vision is poor, and he becomes slightly nearsighted. He cannot move his mouth to speak like a human would while being a beast. His injuries translate to either of his human or beast body proportionately. He also cannot hold his any one of his forms for a long amount of time—not even 6 hours at any one time, at best. Current forms, according to size from largest to smallest: Felines - Cougar, cheetah, ocelot; Canines - Gray wolf, red fox, sand fox

Personality: Tadamasa is a perceptive, keen sort of person. He likes to and does try to find patterns in the way strangers move from a distance, a habit carried over from playing with his grandfathers’ pets. He is studious and diligent—and when pressed to talk, straightforward to boot. He may become aggressive in fights, however; his instincts lean more on fight than flight. However, he is shy and awkward in unfamiliar company, and tends to keep quiet even when asked to speak. He is slow to catch cues when being directly interacted with, and thus can grow easily uncomfortable in social situations. He is trusting to the point of being gullible. His temper is practically nonexistent, and the best that someone can do to aggravate him is to make him confused. He retreats to himself upon detecting any sign of discord with his peers. Tadamasa likes both cats and dogs, naturally. He also has developed a penchant for reading classic Romantic novels, and has a proclivity for purchasing books. Being used to living with himself, Tadamasa is tidy and orderly with his belongings and habits.

History: Tadamasa is, by blood, the heir to rival organized crime families. His parents was a Romeo and Juliet sort of love story—their whirlwind romance and enmity between their kinsmen forced them to elope and go in hiding. For years until the time a toddler Tada’s Quirk—mutated from his parents’ feline and canine ones—slowly began to manifest, the small family lived a quiet life. He was then orphaned as a child—they were found out eventually, and his parents died in the crossfire of a mob war between his relatives. Consequently, he was taken in by his grandfathers. Tadamasa lived from one household to another, depending on the time of the year, and got himself accustomed to seeing only his tutors, house keep, and relatives whose presence were only coldly tolerated by the families’ heads. He did not have friends; his companions were the smuggled wild cats and dogs that his grandfathers keep in their properties. His slowly developing Quirk often came out unpredictably, and the scratches from the times his hand or foot suddenly became a paw were so numerous that his scars have never fully healed.

Tadamasa grew to be a lonely child. He did not completely grasp that he lived with his parents’ families, and could not quite understand the need to go from one part of the country to the other every after six months. No one minded his business, however, and soon he learned to be content with himself. As the years passed and he acquired more possessions of his own, he stuck to his rooms and the houses’ parks and let himself watch All Might’s feats on the computer and play with the tamed wild beasts. He knew nothing of his grandfathers’ work, but he became determined to be like the heroes that his extended family loathe. What he initially knew of handling his Quirk he learned from his tutors, but Tadamasa lurked online communities and received much-needed advice and help from people with similar conditions. His grandfathers could not be anymore surprised when their only grandchild humbly asked for their joined audience— And that surprise quickly became indignation at their grandson’s declaration of wanting to study in U.A. to become a hero. They disowned him on the spot, and Tadamasa carried with him all his possessions and some papers besides for his funds after saying a respectful farewell one last time. Tadamasa had a bit of a rough time settling in Musutafu. He asked around for flats and apartments—those that are affordable and allowed pets—then rented one near U.A. He placed his money in a bank, for safekeeping. He even tried his hand at looking for a job. Tadamasa applied for the entrance exam in U.A. and was accepted by the skin of his teeth—details of his homeschooling apparently have been recorded in paper. He then proceeded to prove himself by doing well above average in the written exam, and passed the practical test by virtue of acquiring more Rescue Points than Villain Points. He is now a freshman, placed in Class 1-A.

Quirk Name: Merperson Transformation

Description of Quirk (including setbacks/boundaries): The user of this quirk can transfer themselves into sea creatures. The creature must be one that lives primarily in the water. It take more energy and practice to transform larger parts of the body or even their whole body. The transformed part will have the abilities the sea creature has (ie. jellyfish stings). User is faster in water, and cannot “swim” in air. The transformation cannot be much larger or smaller than the user’s body or part. Must be proportionate. Only other core ability regardless of transformation is ability to see clearly under water and blow bubbles outside of water. The use must transform gills if they wish to breath under water. If transformed too long outside of water they will become severely dehydrated and dry out. Transforming more frequently than they trained for, they will loose consciousness.

Personality: She is a free spirit. She enjoys helping people, but also causing trouble. She likes to think she is a tough villain, but really can be a cinnamon roll.

History: Born to a family of fishers and boaters, she was always by the water. She was raised by her aunt and uncle and never did learn what happened to her parents. She would always volunteer at animal shelters. When money became an issue she applied to the academy to find her calling so that she could make a living of her own.

Quirk Name: Chronostasis

Description of Quirk: Their quirk is chronostasis, which allows them to stop the flow of time of an object or person. In order to activate her quirk she needs to touch a person with all of the little pads in the top of their fingers, similar to those on animal paws. After the quirk has been activated she will remain activated based on concentration. If they keep the quirk going for too long, they will start to get a migraine, along with mental exhaustion. She can technically use the quirk on herself, but it will soon deactivate, since she will lose her concentration. She can keep the quirk active without drawbacks for approximately 10s. The thing about their quirk is that, everything applied to the target will resume when it’s “unfrozen”, meaning they can punch a target multiple times to deliver a powerful blow or help stop the momentum of things and such.

Personality: They have a very different way of perceiving problems and situations, usually giving them weird, yet practical solutions. She’s silly and a cherry person and is very passionate about the things she likes to do. History: Their dad was a pro-hero until he decided to quit working to take care of his new-born child. They had a relatively normal childhood even though she had such a rare quirk. They didn’t have much ambition to become a hero, but since their dad begged them to try it, they couldn’t say no. They barely passed the exam, but welp, here they are.

Physical Description: Yume is a 5’ (152cm) tall girl. The most striking part about her would probably be her purple hair which reaches her shoulders. She usually kept her hair either in a half ponytail, or left untied. Her eyes are a pleasing shade of orange, contrasting with her rather pale skin. 

Hero Name: Dreamcatcher

Quirk Name: Nightmare

Description of Quirk: Her quirk is Nightmare, which allows her to transform herself into one’s fear. (Including her own) In her transformed state, she feeds off people’s fear, in which will enhance her physical abilities such as speed, strength, and stamina. However, she could not stay in that state for long as it’ll exhaust her. The fear which she absorbed works kind of like caffeine on a normal person. It gives her a sudden burst of energy, but when she’s back to her normal state, she’ll be super tired. 

Besides transforming into objects or people, she’s also able to transform herself into a dome to enclose her opponent in it, and projecting the image of their fear onto it. (For example, darkness, height) But she’s unable to attack unless she transforms into something physical or turns back to her normal state. Even if she transformed into a bird, it does not give her flight abilities, but she can make it seem like she’s flying. 

Her quirk mainly serves to scare her opponents, and (hopefully) catch them off guard. Hence, it does not work on people who are fearless or are able to stay calm. She can only transform into things that she knows and has seen before, since it mainly depends on her imagination. Which means if her image of the fear doesn’t match the other’s, it might end up not working. On top of that, her quirk might go out of control if her emotions got too extreme, or if she got really scared herself. If she got scared while she’s still in transformed mode, she will be unable to hold the form. Usually, she can last up till seven minutes in her transformed state, but if she took breaks in between, she can last longer than that.  Quirk aside, Yume has years of experience in kickboxing, which made her able to fight even without her quirk.

Personality: Yume is a lighthearted girl who loves her cold desserts. “It makes you forget about all the scary stuff!” Or so she claims. She appears to be cool and respectable at first, but she’s just a normal(?) girl who loves to crack jokes (bad ones, on top of that), and enjoy her life. Sometimes, it even appears that she has no idea what she’s doing. Despite that, she’s able to stay calm during most battles, since even though she might not know what she’s doing usually, she’s good at thinking on the spot. After befriending her, one would also notice that she’s actually very protective of her friends and family. (tldr: she’s the dadfriend)

History: Yume’s quirk first manifested when she was around five or six. She found herself transforming into a villain of a cartoon she just watched, and ended up scaring the heck out of herself. It took her family some time, but they finally figured out that her quirk is not just a normal transformation quirk, but one that allows her to transform into fears of either herself or others, as long as she’s aware of it.

Growing up, Yume had a hard time learning how to control her quirk, especially when it just happens out of the blue when she got scared. As a desperate, last resort type of method, she forced herself to sit through horror movies of all sorts. It did helped a lot, for one, it gave her a lot of ideas of what to transform into when time calls for it, and it also helped her to control it as she grew immune to horror movies and games after all those marathons.

Yume really disliked her quirk even after being able to control it. She had always wanted to be a cool hero, saving the day and protecting others, but all she got was cheap horror. That also drove her to be a much nicer person, so others wouldn’t fear her after seeing her quirk in action. Seeing that her quirk doesn’t have any attacking abilities, she took up kickboxing. It was only then she realised that the adrenaline she felt while using her quirk was actually her being able to absorb the feeling of “fear” from others and uses it to enhance her physical abilities. Although still not too fond of her quirk, she decided to accept it instead.

Despite wanting to be a hero, she had never really thought or planned for her future. The main reason she decided to try out for UA was due to her parents telling her to, seeing her interests in the heroes.
