When I was seven or six, it was a scene from 'The Lazarus Experiment' (S3 E6) where the 10th Doctor was running down a hallway and the monster was running up the walls and ceiling. It came on the TV at my Nana's house and me and my sister were terrified. I didn't even realise it was Doctor Who until I started watching it several years later and recognised the scene.
