“ Make sure you’re sitting down when you taste your first orange wine “ 🍊🍷 Orange Wine ? 🧡 To make an #orangewine , you first take white grapes like the “ Tortosí ” Valencian variety, varietal recovery project , mash them up, and then put them in a tank. Then, you leave the fermenting grapes alone with the skins and seeds still attached.
