I was reading a paper from Gartner the other day about 2021 strategic technological trends, and when compared with the 2020 revision, I saw how powerful these two new themes are today: location independence and business resilient delivery. I was pleased to see that (eventually), these principles are now recognised as a priority; but sadly and quite frankly - did we have to experience a pandemic to figure this out?

Excellent news that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are now projected to win the race for the White House. But, could four years of a US liberal foreign policy settle on the international stage #confidence, tolerance and demonstrate positive leadership about #immigration, #climate_change, #trade and #economic_relations? Will US Congress now support a #free_trade_agreement with the UK, in light of the #Good_Friday_Agreement v #Brexit emerging complexities?

Should the Government reform the Green Book framework, to accelerate the delivery of #net_zero_target, to improve #CSR, #equality, #diversity and reduce #pay_gaps, and to protect against #modern_slavery and #zero_hour_contracts? equality and diversity - organisational performance improvement
