Morning meditation: I release anything and everything that is no longer serving my highest potential and the highest potential for all. I raise my vibration to the highest my human can safely allow. I center my perception based in love, compassion, abundance, humility and excitement, I extend to all who are willing to receive. I ground myself into the 5D crystalline core of the Earth (Gaia) and remain here for all of the moments of my day. I work in tandem with my highest self, god/source/universe, spirit guides, angels and team in all moments starting now, this creates peace, fluidity, flow and synchrony within the events and experiences of my day. I remind myself I am in control of my emotions and the perception I view the world, choosing to see through the eyes of love. I choose heart based choices with love and gratitude, seeing all things experienced with grand purpose for growth and acceptance. I am so grateful to spend the moments of my days in such a magical place. Maui is heaven on Earth 💗. Rainbows are birthed and beautiful spectrums of light consciousness are painted across the sky. I am in awe of such rich, raw beauty. Everywhere I look I am surrounded by this beauty, it is reflected in the land, in the people and culture, in the animals and the spirit of all the elements of Earth (the wind, the water, the fire and the earth)and then back into me. This place is the inspiration for a new earth paradigm. Maui teaches me so many things about myself, my life and my dreams. He is teaching me to speak his language. He communicates and feels vibrational changes in emotions instantaneously. His intentions are always raw and pure. He is childlike which reminds me to be more childlike at times to communicate with him. I learn I remain in an unstressed, uplifted, peaceful state which could be called highest self. He teaches me through love and sincerity in all actions, behaviors and thoughts. He loves all things. He radiates love where ever he goes and to whoever he meets along the way. He is teaching me to see the world and the people in it through peaceful and accepting perspectives. Release what happened to you in the past. Today is a new day and every moment is a new moment. You have a choice to carry your past with you or release it. Your past will effect your future if you allow it, the opposite is also true. Your past can stay in the past and you have the ability to create any future you choose by being in the present and in the NOW. The choice is yours. One way to begin releasing the past is to find the beauty and lesson, no matter how traumatic or painful it was to experience. Find the way it forced you to learn something about you which you may not have otherwise learned. Did it make you stronger in some way? Did it show you resilience? Adaptability? Inner courage and strength? Did it make you grow as a better human in some way? Teach you to have compassion for others in the same situation? You have always been right where you needed to be. You experienced everything your soul chose for the highest growth in this Earth “School”. You are doing amazing, give yourself some credit and self love. I call on my creator to assist and guide me to living the life of my dreams, to help me walk through situations I may not fully understand with pure trust and acceptance that I am always exactly where I am supposed to be, regardless of what is happening around me. I am reminded of the knowingness I possess within my being. Reminded that I am one with all that is around me and one with all of creation. In awe of the animal energy around me. This morning a tiny baby bee (who was as big as a fly) landed on my shoulder, hung out and walked around. He then flew to my leg and hung out there. I spot the most amazing green lizard starting to walk up the legs of the table and proceeded to also come very close to me. A few days ago the infamous eclectus parrot who regularly visits us, landed on a low ledge and took apple slices out of our hands. He also said “meow” 🙃. The energy field is changing animals sense and read your energy, they sense when you are in fear or when you feel safe. They know human (as well as most animals) are unpredictable when they are in fear. Light work Being the best person you can be by making each choice to reflect the highest good for ALL in every situation. Immense focus on being of service to others and sharing your light. Grounding in your self (I AM) presence and self love without being selfish or self sabotaging. Offering an experience of love(through choices made in your everyday life) in the face of fear, doubt, lack, judgement, and separation. Making a conscious choice to examine your emotions and choosing to react in the moment with love and the intention for the highest good for ALL. Doing this in every moment. All means ALL, we are all human and it takes ALL of us to make up humanity. The realization that there is no separation or division in the ALL because of skin color, age, race, gender, health, sexual preference, religion, culture, education level, or the amount of money you have, as we are all a reflection of each other. We are all humans on planet Earth. Start changing the world by overflowing yourself with immense love- so much that it is contagious and spreads like wildflowers to all who enter your field and your life. The coolest thing happened at the Maui Ocean Center. Gage sat down and this beam of light came down beside him. It danced beside him and within him for several minutes. I was mesmerized by its brilliance. Gage is such an incredible soul. He is a master lightworker 💗 I am full of such gratitude to be his mom ✨ Gage has autism. Where ever we go, whatever we do, he is a massive beacon of light and love, he knows no stranger and will hug you if he chooses you. New moon in Scorpio Today is the new moon in Scorpio! New moon signify new beginnings. I love to write down and talk about my dreams, manifestations and creations for the next four weeks during New Moon days. Your outside world/reality is truly a reflection of your inner self. I use this time to go inward and accept/release/forgive/heal all aspects of myself which are in need and calling for attention. These aspects feel like emotions. They are the feelings created from your physical reality experiences (the moments of your life) or within your thought field which create feelings of emotions rooted in anything other than love such as fear, anger, lack, pain/sadness etc... These are coming back up to be finalized and acknowledged. To be able to fully heal/forgive/release/transform these aspects of yourself, you must first acknowledge they exist within you. Allow yourself to sit with the emotion giving it acknowledgement and then acceptance. Dig deep and ask yourself what about this experience/thought makes me feel this way specifically. Why does the feeling of _______ arise when I think about ________. Use this as a tool to do the inner work. To find the WHY you feel the way you do, to get in touch with something that is happening within you that is sending a signal of unlove into your field. New moons are also a great time to shed anything and everything that blocks you from achieving your highest potential and living your dreams. I heal/release anything and everything that keeps me from loving me. I heal/release all aspects of myself which do not contribute to my highest potential and the highest potential for all.
