1) http://eatingdisorderrecovery.com/index.php/home - Features a free eating disorder recovery workbook that helps you manage eating disorder symptoms. Includes blogs to help inspire eating disorder recovery. Allows visitors to post and discuss problems and questions in a forum that is monitored.
2) http://www.recoveryboat.com/ - A website that offers peer support for eating disorder recovery. This site includes a forum for those struggling. It also provides basic information about eating disorders for those suffering and those supporting a loved one who is suffering. Lastly, it provides some therapy exercises that can help overcome eating disorder behaviours and symptoms.
3)      http://www.something-fishy.org/ - An all exclusive website that provides a treatment finder, forums, eating disorder information, hotlines, and more. This site even includes resources for books and self-help worksheets to help combat eating disorder symptoms and behaviours.
4) http://www.webiteback.com/ - A pro-recovery website that exists to help others overcome their eating disorder and to combat pro-ana websites. This site provides a forum for users to post on to get advice and share struggles of their eating disorder. This site also provides an extensive resource list for those struggling.
5)  http://www.nedic.ca/index.shtml – The National Eating Disorder Information Centre. This website features all you need to know about eating disorders. It has a resource library that includes links on where to get help. NEDIC runs public service announcements and campaigns that you can get involved with in your own community.
6) http://www.eatingdisordersblogs.com/ - This site is a compilation of blogs written by different people to help inspire you to overcome your eating disorder. You can find blogs written by Doris Smeltzer, Karen Koenig, and even Jenni Schaefer. These blogs provide information on eating disorders, skills you can use to recover, and resources you can access.

This includes, but is not limited to:
saying that bisexuality excludes trans/nonbinary people (it doesn't)
saying that bisexuality is too binary (it isn't)
saying that bisexuality is outdated (again, it isn't)
saying/implying that bisexuals only care about gender rather than personality (which is gross and untrue)
derailing conversations on biphobia and its effects
excluding bisexuals from mlm and wlw spaces/discussions
speaking over bisexuals in conversations on the issues we face
refusing to listen to bisexuals if we say something is biphobic
ignoring bisexual history and activism
ignoring the present contributions of bisexuals to LGBTQ culture
making demeaning jokes about bisexuals or jokes that rely on negative stereotypes
stereotyping bisexuals in general
viewing bisexuals as 'half-straight'/'lesser' members of the LGBTQ community
and finally, speaking over bisexuals about the very definition of bisexuality
yes this includes saying things like 'that sounds more like [other sexuality]' or 'if you define your attraction that way you're [other sexuality] instead' in response to a bisexual person describing how they define their orientation for themself

it worked :) today May 26, i'm finally back at my lw!
(lowered my cal intake a bit towards the end so more a mix between high and mid res)
well... i've been gaining weight recently (what a shocker) and i'm not doing too well overall, so i'm back on my bullshit with this:

At least: 56,5 kg
ideally: 54 kg (💜)
Deadline:
until: May 28th (my birthday and my sister's wedding day)
The plan:
high restriction (always over 800 calories - upwards to my BMR)
drinking as much water as possible (less diet cokes, etc.)
getting more sleep
doing some kind of exercise everyday (even if it's just yoga or me getting my steps in for the day)
eating more fruit and veggies

I'm not saying your problems or illness is less valid, it is totally valid!! I'm not trying to say I think you're worse than me, childish or immature. Yes this is an ed blog but it is also a PRO RECOVERY blog. Eating disorders are serious mental illnesses, not your quirky lifestyle choice. Just because I’m not in recovery doesn’t mean I don’t encourage it. Just because I have an ed doesn’t mean I want other people to have it. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. If you are pro ana, pro mia, pro ed, or not pro recovery, get the fuck off my page and block me.
