It's smokey from forest fires and hot here, so I'll stay in. Louisiana has a hurricane heading for it. My prayers out to everyone facing challenges today. It's fair to say I'm editing my life again and making a video of my #BONSAIHUNTERSWORKSHOP I can't promise anything amazing, I'm rusty and using all new tools now. At least I'm getting back to it and when I get the basics locked in I can begin adding animation and special effects with my new devices. Its been so long since I could sit for min and focus on editing a video. The tab7 will do the job and I can grow my videos again and make bonsai hunting videos like I originally set out to do. The front of the bonsai hunters workshop faces the garden and my nieghbor's chimney. It's beautiful and I'll spend a lot of time here working on bonsai and art. Imagining the joy the #BHSworkshop will bring me when I work on trees in it is my driving motivator, but that 12oz @redbull literally gets me moving and choppin. A love story with a fir... I'll prune it's roots this winter, then I wire it down and tight again after it recovers, like its first time. You can see in the last pics that I just wired the top down to make an apex. All the lower branches are all up and out. It looks young again.
