She can minipulate other’s emotions however she pleases most of the time making said person unaware or impulsive with their actions. The emotion she gives said person can influence their actions but hoshi cannot directly control their actions. It last from 60 seconds up to 2 hours. If she gets to far from said person it will ware off, she can only control up to 3 people at a time if she were to try it on one more person it would ware off the first person.
