Yesterday I bought myself a real Christmas tree 🎄 for this year because why not!? Day 3 of my illness and I am currently at the stage where I have an incredibly dry cough which is just horrible as every time I cough I feel like I will cough out my whole throat. Throwback to when Tessa was a tiny little kitten💛 Also so far this week I have been super unproductive as I am super ill. I’ve missed two days of University but I am definitely going on Thursday as I cannot miss my 2 2hr Property Law Lectures. That will just be too much work to catch up on. I thought I would have been able to finish at least 3 books this month but I don’t think that will happen. Has anyone read Red Sister by @mark___lawrence ? I was gifted this book by my lovely friend Naveed who is pretty much the only other fantasy reader I know in real life and I love chatting with him about books and he also sometimes watches my channel which is so cool😊 I always love his book recommendations and he loves mine so I feel like we really get each other🙌🏼👍🏼 As I’ve heard it is a very political fantasy read I will leave it either till Christmas break to read or after my exams as I should have a week off uni until semester 2 starts. Right now I’m kind of missing my life from around 10 years ago when I was in Primary school, I think I just am missing some of my friends that I haven’t spoken to in years as I had a dream about them😭🙈 I don’t know what’s wrong with me recently as I cry a lot and get emotional super easily. I’m not even lonely but my brain and body is constantly exhausted😩😭 Anyway, throwback to last year when I had nice long hair and apparently with this hair colour I looked like an anime character, that’s what my bffs told me😂 I think I’m going to be growing my hair out from now on as I just prefer it longer than how it is now🙈 How are you all feeling recently? I actually don’t think I am going to be able to complete my TBR of rereads I set myself for this year as I feel like not reading any of them at the moment. I love rereading but I really hate the pressure of TBRs so I guess for next year I am just going to set myself a goal of rereading books and maybe a number of how many I want to reread but not the specific books I want to reread and just pick ones I am in the mood to read. The two cuties in my life! I think when I move out I’m going to take them with me as I just love them so much and they are technically my cats as I got them for my birthday💛☺️ I’ve also decided where I want to move to and it’s Matlock. When I visited it last September I loved the charm of the town and how close to the Peak District it is, plus nearly all the houses there are cottages and I’ve always wanted to live in a cottage. Throwback to the Summer of 2015! Wow I can’t believe it’s been more than 3 years! That Summer I spent more than a month in Poland in the coutryside so I asked my cousin if I could borrow one of her books and she had Marked in Polish so I read that! Me in bed today, I have not gone to my 1hr lecture today as I just didn’t feel like it. Yes you heard that right, but I started my coursework for property law so all his good. To be completely honest with you ever since uni has started I have no motivation to do anything for uni. Sometimes I just feel like trying to find a job and go and work instead of doing all this pointless uni work that is just bringing me down.
