Malina Weissman as Heaven Leigh Casteel π©΅
I know that lifetime went ahead and adapted the Casteel Series and Iβm sure that they did a good job but because I just love the books so much (well the first two anyway) I canβt bring myself to watch it π«£π anyway after I got hooked on A Series of Unfortunate Events I couldnβt help but notice Malina and how beautiful she is with those powerful blue eyes and I just thought: SHE'S HEAVEN!! Now when I reread the books I canβt unsee Malina as Heaven. How great would that have beenβ¦ π in another universe I believe it happened β€οΈβπ©Ή

Warning: Iβm about to go on a rant! β οΈ
Iβve just realised that the horror genre is really the only genre that is still making original content right now! I took my niece to the movies the other day and I noticed that all the trailers prior to the movie were all either remakes or more pointless sequels! There was the live action Lilo & Stitch, the live action How to Train Your Dragon, yet another Mission Impossible movie (I've seriously lost count) and now a new Superman movie! I mean I suppose I can understand the Lilo & Stitch one as the original is over twenty years old but the HTTYD movies weren't that long ago and why do we need ANOTHER superman movie? Whereas horror is still innovating. In the last few years weβve had hits like πππ©π πππππ© π¬ππ©π π©ππ πΏππ«ππ‘, π πππ¬ π©ππ ππ ππ‘π€π¬, πππ ππͺππ¨π©ππ£ππ, π½π‘πππ π€πͺπ© and πΌππππππ‘. To think that people used to see horror movies as not "proper entertainment" or as the junk food of movie genres, whereas now itβs the only genre thatβs actually being creative π€·πΌββοΈ

Brie Larson - Elektra
Watching Brie Larson play one of the most complex female characters in all of Greek mythology was EPIC! Sheβs one of my favourite actors of all time and just seeing her as this iconic antiheroine was so powerful that the artist in me couldn't ignore it! The character of Electra in Sophocles's play has always been a hauntingly tragic figure for me with her grit and determination driven by deprivation and cruelty and yet it's that same impetus that nearly derails her Ms. Larson completely delivered all of that and more. I tried to capture all of that in my drawing (which was done mostly by pen and paper but touched up with a filter or two β€οΈβπ©Ή

Troy couples as Disney couples π
I was rewatching the movie Troy for the first time in years and I couldnβt help but notice the similarities between some of the characters and certain Disney characters, especially Achilles + Briseis and Belle + Adam (I know Achilles was hot but he certainly acted like a beast and Briseis made him a kinder person). This is all obviously just how I saw things π€·πΌββοΈ if you disagree thatβs fine but no rude comments please π

Does anyone else see the similarities between these two characters?
Besides the angelic appearance (and fashion sense) both characters share, like the Little Prince, Jack seems to come from nowhere, changes the protagonistβs (Rose) life for the better and then just as quickly disappears again. Both characters are creative and both are enamored with a rose. πΉ
