► LISTEN to this Playmoss playlist: Good Fridays by Rural Zombies Rural Zombies is a Basque band from Zestoa, in the Basque Country. They debuted in 2015 with “Bat” and, barely two weeks ago, they released their second LP, “From Home to Hospital St.,” an album of precious pop, brimming with catchy melodies, crystalline guitars and power basses, with an ethereal and melancholic touch that gives off a very contagious energy. 

 Rural Zombies have compiled an extensive and varied playlist that alternates laid-back passages with moments of intensity, ethereal synths and sharp guitars. A delicate selection of tracks that puts the stress on pop and indie rock British bands, but in which we also find synth pop, contemporary soul and Basque indie bands. Listen to the Playmoss playlist: Good Fridays by Paradis by Whisper Not by Whisper Not Paradis is the French electronic duo formed by Simon Mény and Pierre Rousseau (http://www.paradis.fm). Discovered by Tim Sweeney—they made their debut on his label, Beats in Space, —they have already released a handful of 12" and just a few months ago they published "Recto Verso:" a wonderful, diaphanous and introspective double LP brimming with emotional tracks, halfway between synth-pop melancholy and house hedonism. Paradis have crafted a subtle and accurate playlist that oscillates between introspection and experimentation, minimalism and exuberance. A fantastic compilation of tracks in which we find from Clervaux' and Dillon rhythmic sketches, library music with psych flavor, Japanese rarities and breezy synth-pop to classic techno hits, velvety house, minimalist piano music and pop ballads.
