i use a couple of programs in combination with each other. my editing process usually goes as follows:

edit the image in pixlr.e (https://pixlr.com/editor/) or in adobe photoshop

import the image into adobe after effects and add jpeg artifacts

hi how do you get that quality with your images. i can’t figure out how to anywhere and i graphic design😭

thank you for the ask! I use an adobe after effects plugin called sapphire, specifically an effect preset called s_jpegdamage, to get jpeg artifacts in my edits. some other options for similar quality that are free (adobe after effects is a paid program): https://eyy.co/tools/artifact-generator/
