I was thinking about this because I was thinking about my other headcanon of Percy (and by extension, Sally) being descendants of Aphrodite/Venus and I was like. Oh. The Aphrodite they're descended from is Aphrodite Areia. They're both fueled by love, every choice they make is for the people they love - Sally dropping out of school to care for her uncle, having a child with Poseidon even when they couldn't be a "normal" family, marrying Gabe and standing in battle every day with that man to protect Percy. Literally every single one of Percy's quests was for love - TLT to save his mom, SOM to save Grover and camp, TTC to save Annabeth, BOTL because Annabeth asked him to and to save camp, TLO to keep his friends and family safe from Kronos, not to protect and defend the gods. He is fueled by love and that carries him to extents that scare others - every single second Percy was in Tartarus, moving to protect Annabeth to no end, no matter what atrocities he committed, as long as Annabeth was safe and alive, it was worth it. IS THAT NOT THE WAR GODDESS OF LOVE???? Anyway Percy and Sally being descendants of Aphrodite Areia thank you

Percabeth Wedding Headcanons

- Wedding takes place at camp half blood

-Percy agrees to handle the food and spends a week cooking with his mom and Hestia to get it all made. Annabeth handles the booze in 5 seconds by talking to Mr.D

-Estelle is the flower girl

-Grover is Percy's best man. The other groomsmen are Jason ,Leo, Nico, Frank, Tyson, and Blackjack (yes the pegasus is a groomsman, deal with it.)

-Thalia is Annabeth's maid of honor. The other bridesmaids are Piper, Hazel, Clarisse, Reyna, Rachel, and Katie

-Annabeth and Hazel spent a week together making suits to fit Blackjack and Arion. Percy joined them to make Mrs. O'Leary a dress

-The Stoll brothers showed up in dresses and looked fantastic. Unfortunately Connor tried to wear a white dress to one up Annabeth, so he ended up in a once white dress that was spray painted Camp Half-Blood orange by the Aphrodite cabin, who Piper put on guard duty.

-They didn't have independent bachelor and bachelorette parties, they just all did something together

-All the Olympians and some other gods showed up.

-The moment the ceremony was done Clarisse full charged both of them and threw them off the dock again (she had to run like a 1/4 mile with them over her shoulders to do it)

-The cake was blue, there was also an extremely elaborate donut tower that Annabeth spent 3 days designing then making, (She assembled it, Percy made the donuts)

-Grover got nervous before his speech and ate like 12 pieces of silverware

-Athena didn't know what to do at the reception so she just stood guard over the donut tower and lectured people for trying to grab donuts from a spot that would compromise the structural integrity of the tower.

-Poseidon got a migraine trying to deal with his 4 godly kids (Triton, Kym, Benty, Rhode), one of who just returned home, and Arion at the same time. Amphitrite was also talking to Sally too much for his liking

-The Mother-Son dance was pretty tame. Percy and Sally danced, Triton danced with Amphitrite (and enjoyed it, even if he never admits it), Mitchell danced with Aphrodite, and Nico got dragged onto the floor by Persephone. They ended up doing two Mother-Son dances for Tyson and Sally to have one.

-The Daddy-Daughter dances were much more intense. Hazel danced with Pluto, Apollo and Hermes got passed around to all their daughters, Poseidon got forcefully shoved around by his godly daughters. Athena wanted to keep up appearances so she had the most awkward dance ever with Malcolm, (giving Blackjack the opportunity to destroy the donut tower). Thalia danced with Zeus but kept purposely crushing his toes. Ares and Clarisse both looked like they wanted to die, but were forced into it by Aphrodite.

-Percy and Annabeth were busy cooking and/or designing a 10ft donut tower (its more like a castle really) to map where people sat so they trusted Thalia and Grover. Which is why there was a massive table for all the hunters and all the Apollo kids to sit at, as well as the twin archers themselves. They should not have trusted Thalia, apparently.

-They didn't want to do the smashing your partners face in cake thing, so they agreed to try to minorly annoy each other through the reception instead. It devolved into a full blown spar when Percy put ice down the back of Annabeth's dress.

-Annabeth's mortal family are in absolute shock, because why is there 2 horses at this wedding, and why are Percy and Annabeth fighting, and what are they feeding that girl to pick up two full grown adults that easily.

-The Aphrodite cabin got into a legit fist fight trying to catch the Bouquet. Which Will stole and handed to Nico.

-There is a little side table with weapons, and pictures, and other things to honor the fallen that weren't able to be there.

Headcanon: Percy and Annabeth, as a result of being a loving, functional, equitable couple, have caused no less then 8 break ups among their acquaintances.

Annabeth's friend in New Rome watching Percy run two blocks to the drug store to get her Advil for her ankle, because she left it at home that day by mistake:

Friend: Gods, how did you train him that good?

Annabeth, barely paying attention to what she said: huh? Oh I didn't train him much, really. I taught him Ancient Greek, some myths and stuff. I mean, I guess I kind of trained him in battle strategy? But that was more of a "learning on your feet" kind of thing.

Friend: No I mean train him to do whatever you ask, or do things without even asking.

Annabeth: What?

Friend: Like if my back was hurting, I don't think my boyfriend would run two blocks to Walgreens for me.

Annabeth: That's fucked up.

Friend: You ... didn't teach him to do that?

Annabeth: To be nice to me? No, I didn't.

Friend: Ugh, you're so lucky.

Annabeth: I ... think I'm going to kill your boyfriend, actually.

Percy forgets to print his paper and somehow manages to leave his computer at home. Annabeth is still home when he calls, and she logs into his computer, prints it for him, and brings it to him before the deadline with his favorite smoothie (she had time to spare, and her best friend was stressed).

Percy: You're amazing, babe. Thank you so much.

Annabeth: Of course. See you later. Love you!

Percy: Love you too!

Some guy in his class: You're so lucky. My girlfriend would never.

Percy: Oh, why not?

Some guy: I don't know. She just doesn't do things like that for me. And the smoothie? Fuck, you're lucky.

Percy: I mean, I know I'm lucky, but ... I don't know, it didn't even occur to me that she wouldn't do me a favor.

Some guy: And she doesn't, like, call you stupid for forgetting?

Percy: No. I mean, she might call me seaweed brain, but that's different.

Some guy: She didn't call you seaweed brain just now.

Percy: You're right she didn't ... hold on [calls Annabeth]. Hey are you mad at me? Well, it's just that I did something silly and you didn't call me 'seaweed brain.'
