कोविड-19 के बाद, बढ़ेगा को-वर्किंग स्पेस का चलन

लागत कम करने और उत्पादकता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से कोविड-19 के बाद को-वर्किंग स्पेस (Coworking Space) का सेक्टर sep 2020 में और तेज गति पकड़ सकता है। कभी नए उद्यमियों की जरूरत के तौर पर उभरे इस चलन को अब बड़ी कंपनियां भी अपना रही हैं। कॉर्पोरेट सलाहकार प्रीतेश आनंद की संस्था SPLAN के अध्ययन में यह बात सामने आई है। को-वर्किंग ( Coworking Space ) का तरीका नया नहीं है, लेकिन पिछले कुछ साल में दुनियाभर में इसमें तेजी देखने को मिली है। निजी क्षेत्र तेजी से इसे अपना रहा है। 2018 में इस क्षेत्र में 40 करोड़ डॉलर (करीब 2,532 करोड़ रुपये) का निवेश होने का अनुमान है। जेएलएल इंडिया के सीईओ और कंट्री हेड रमेश नायर ने कहा, ‘अब को-वर्किंग स्पेस केवल नए उद्यमियों या फ्रीलांसर लोगों की पसंद नहीं रह गया है। छोटे उभरते उद्यमों के साथ-साथ अब बड़े कॉरपोरेट भी इसमें रुचि दिखाने लगे हैं।’ फ्रीलांसर (Freelancer) लोग लागत बचाने के लिए इस विकल्प का चुनाव करते हैं। वहीं स्टार्टअप्स और छोटे व मझोले उद्यमी लागत के साथ-साथ इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर को भी ध्यान में रखकर इसका चुनाव कर रहे हैं। बड़ी कंपनियों के इस दिशा में झुकाव की वजह अलग है। इन कंपनियों का फोकस कार्यस्थल तक अपने स्टाफ की पहुंच को आसान बनाने पर होता है। ऐसे में किसी प्राइम लोकेशन पर अपने स्टाफ को बैठाना कंपनियों की प्राथमिकता रहती है। इस दिशा में कंपनियां अब को-वर्किंग स्पेस मॉडल को अपनाने से भी गुरेज नहीं कर रही हैं। बढ़ती लागत की वजह से कंपनियां काफी परेशान हैं और इसी को कम करने के लिए को-वर्किंग का ट्रेंड तेज़ी से बढ़ रहा है. पहली तिमाही के आंकड़ों की तरफ देखा जाए तो को-वर्किंग की मार्केट 25% बढ़ा है. इसी से अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है कि इस सेक्टर में निवेश कितनी तेजी से बढ़ रहा है. इस सर्विस की बात करें तो किसी भी प्लेयर को शांत वातावरण में बैठकर काम करने की सुविधा दी जाती है और साथ में बिजली कनेक्शन, वाइ-फाइ और पेंटरी की सेवा उपलब्घ है. महज 10,000-15,000 रुपये देकर आप को-वर्किंग स्पेस बुक कर सकते हैं. निवेश की बात करें तो फिलहाल Oplus Cowork, Smartworks, OYO, The Hive, Spring Board इस मार्केट में काफी एक्टिव हो चुके हैं. नाइट फ्रैंक इंडिया के मुख्य अर्थशास्त्री सामंतक दास ने कहा कि भारत में केवल यह देखना ही रुचिकर नहीं है कि यह मॉडल कितनी तेजी से लोकप्रिय हो रहा है। यहां यह बात भी ध्यान देने लायक है कि इसमें विविधता भी बढ़ रही है। कोविड-19 के बाद में यह विविधता और बढ़ेगी। यही वजह है कि इस मौके को भुनाने के लिए रियल्टी सेक्टर के बड़े खिलाड़ी भी इसमें दांव लगाने की तैयारी में हैं। कोविड-19 के बाद में कुछ दिग्गज फर्मो की दखल इस सेक्टर में देखने को मिल सकती है। भारत में अभी करीब 1.2 से 2 करोड़ सिटिंग की व्यवस्था वाले को-वर्किंग स्पेस की जरूरत महसूस की जा रही है। आने वाले दिनों में यह और तेजी से बढ़ने की है। “टियर II टियर III शहरों में अभी भी एक ऐसे प्लेटफॉर्म की कमी है जहां निवेशक और इनोवेशन एक साथ आ सकें और आपसी लाभ के लिए काम कर सकें। बिहार में एक संपन्न स्टार्टअप इकोसिस्टम होने के लिए, स्थापित उद्यमियों और व्यापार मालिकों को सलाह और समर्थन देना होगा। "राज्य में एक ठोस, सहयोगी पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र विकसित करने के लिए स्थापित उद्यमियों से एक मजबूत पुश और व्यापक सहयोग की जरूरत है।और यह तभी होगा जब सरकार सभी सेक्एटर के लिए अलग अलग कॉमन सर्विस प्लेटफार्म बनाय" प्रीतेश आनन्द - कॉर्पोरेट सलाहकार

Kathakali is one of the oldest theatre forms in the world. The word 'Katha' in Malayalam means Story and 'kali' means Play. Kerala is home to several performance arts. These include five classical dance forms: Kathakali, Mohiniyattam, Koodiyattom, Thullal and Krishnanattam, which originated and developed in the temple theatres during the classical period under the patronage of royal houses.

State language is Malayalam but people speak other language too like English. The state has the highest media exposure in India with newspapers publishing in nine languages, mainly English and Malayalam. Kerala has four international Airport. Kerala is one of the first states in India to form a welfare policy for the transgender community. It is not the end. Few times I also visited that place. I have seen and feel the traditional beauty of that state. People are immensely helpful. Even though they do not know your language they try to communicate with you in sign language. You will feel safe in night also. The people live a quite simple life, no show-off nothing. In addition to the natural beauty there are man-made beauty too. It is the people who is living over there who is maintaining both the beauty. The government rules are strictly followed by the people.
