Regardless of what he told Jenson about playing it at least a little bit cool, Lewis feels himself lighting up, too, as Lando gives him a radiant smile and says, “Hi.” Lewis smiles wider, affectionate and impossible to suppress. “Looks like you've had a nice night.” Mostly he's looking at the fact that Lando is only really half-dressed, with his jacket slung over his shoulder and his shirt sleeves rolled up, the buttons only done halfway. There's a stain on one sleeve where Lewis thinks someone must have spilled a drink on him—assuming Lando didn't knock it over himself. He's bloody beautiful. He's the most like himself that Lewis has seen for a while.
