Alex went on a tailoring podcast (baffling choice I feel!) and in discussing whether the tailor could take the podcast to Edinburgh, expressed this thought about Greg.

Truly Alex Horne has never been more relatable to me than when he's explaining why he doesn't want to go to a football match.

"There now follows a rap that I wrote and performed about service stations. It's six years old, and I'm still ashamed."
I mean, I genuinely wouldn't be?
I know it's his thing to downplay being talented, and of course there's the whole comedy aspect of it, and it doesn't seem like he's properly trained or anything, but my god man

Emily Dean: I want to move in here! It's like being in the Muppets and being the only human! You know when the human guest would come on?
Alex Horne: And you're the human guest? That is a very good analogy.

Just listening to the Horne Section Podcast and this was a real "hey, wait just a minute" - where Alex almost, but not quite, forgets to pretend that he can't sing.
No, but, genuinely, as a singer, I don't believe him.

Late To The Party With Grace Campbell Podcast, Ep 13
Pretty much the entire podcast is NSFT. There's a lot of discussion of Oxford sex parties, but Sophie did drop a few thoughts about her time on Taskmaster.
"They don't call him "Little Alex Horne" for nothing. I take that back! He's the nicest..."
"Now why would I say that about the nicest man in comedy? Probably with the biggest dick, I don't know. He's just such a lovely wholesome man."
"I think there could be a Taskmaster After Dark. I feel like people do love to like...people are obviously horny for Greg, horny for Alex. They love the hosts. Everyone who comes on has their own pervy little fandom, I think, in the dark corners of the internet."

Sophie Duker on Taskmaster:
What was your craziest task?
Any task where you get to ride Alex Horne is fun – such a brilliant, genius, charming man. My most memorable task, though, was when I had to lick things for an exceedingly long time. I still get messages about it because of the amount of saliva.

This one I had heard about, and it was everything that I expected and more. I still can't believe Desiree's thoughts on the question that Rosie Jones posed to Greg ("Would you rather make sweet love to my body but with Alex's head, or Alex's head with my body?") Mainly, I think, because Desiree was on The Horne Section TV Show and seems to know Alex pretty well. Their friends ship them to their faces.
Of course, I think it's hilarious that she said what a lot of people were thinking. I'm not convinced she has the right take on the humiliation aspect of it, though.
DESIREE BURCH
I actually feel like, you know, it's interesting because I really understand why Greg, one, rewarded it, because it was fantastic, and two, gave the answer he gave, but I feel like he's glossing over the deep, rich, complex nature of his relationship with Alex Horne.
And, like, because, you know, I don't know that it's going to humiliate Alex Horne. If anything, I think it's going to be a culmination of a decade or more of work, of building toward this glorious moment of union between the two of them, that all Taskmaster fans, legions of fans, have at some point fantasised about on purpose, or accidentally, let's be honest.
ED GAMBLE
So, in the end, Greg said he'd make love to Alex body with Rosie's head, right? So -
DESIREE BURCH
Because he'd rather talk to Rosie's head, and I feel like that was reason enough. I don't know that it's going to be humiliation for Alex, to make sweet love to his body, you know, because I feel like that would just be lovely. I think that would just be "finally!" A nice thing to do to Alex Horne.

Yes, How Can I Help isn't exactly my cup of tea (sorry) - I find it difficult to watch fan interaction (even slightly indirect interaction), and I find the combination of cyclists whizzing by and Alex Preston walking backwards a tiny bit stressful.
But obviously I'm going to watch them all anyway! If you don't, you're going to miss random things like this Tim Key Black Tea lore drop. It wasn't even the question being asked! YHCIH #8

Taskmaster the Podcast, Ep 136
Sophie is amazing, and not just because she said homoerotic fanfiction is the best kind of fanfiction. When they started discussing the gold rings task, I found it interesting neither of them clocked the fake ring (of course Ed actually did the task) but then Sophie was suddenly reluctant to say something. So you know what happened next...
SOPHIE DUKER
How many Taskmaster contestants know what Alex tastes like?
Of course, after recovering from that shock, I immediately started counting, until it occurred to me that I was only counting things that happened on Taskmaster. So I started counting again, but then remembered I was only counting things I know about from gifs or photos. Then it became philosophical - is it possible that Watto doesn't? In the end, I had to concede defeat.

Taskmaster the Podcast, Ep 33
As I've mentioned elsewhere, this episode was absolutely wild. Anyway, here's what's been running through my head lately.
