DESPITE YOUR BEST EFFORTS, I'M STILL HERE

I happened to get a new hyperfixation last year, so I started to migrate away from tumblr and onto my Instagram, which was never regularly used but I'm using it more now.

But now I'm back! Sorta lol

I'm sure a lot of people missed me (they didn't)

Some life updates below if you want!

So the new hotness is currently K-Pop, most specifically Stray Kids. I told myself it wasn't that bad bc I hadn't searched it up on tumblr (the main "social media" I was using) so therefore the obsession wasn't that bad.

Well, as I sit here looking at the 6 new albums I have on the table that I've received just in the last like 1.5-2 weeks, I will confirm it is That Bad. I have a problem, I am AWARE. My best friend yells (lovingly) at me for buying more Korean boy paper, but she's looking at Mercari for photo cards of my favorite boy for my birthday, so 🤷‍♀️

I still love Marvel and Loki, but I've gotten burnt out on all the shows and everything that came out after Endgame. I am planning a "new" Loki cosplay for August for a local con, if I get my shit together.

I started posting on tiktok more, mostly my funko collection, but then also my nutcracker art and SKZ album unboxings lol. I just moved back to "the country" at the beginning of June. Not that far from where we were the past 2 years, honestly, on the other side of the city. But it's more space for less rent, so yay!

I started playing pickleball with friends from band and we just keep amassing people lol. It's a lot of fun, but I haven't played in a while mostly bc of the packing and moving. I've also noticed I've lost some weight! (Personal yay) it's been over like 2 years, but I've lost about 40lbs!

Uhm.. the music stuff is still happening! I'm mostly done for the summer, but instead of having July off, I signed up to play for a musical on my bday weekend lol. No rest for the wicked, I guess.

I wanna say thanks to @lokisgoodgirl for still having me on the tag list for your fics even after I fell off the face of the earth. I've missed a lot, but I'll try to go back and catch up.

Reading articles about MrBeast's dominance of YouTube is fucking bizarre because, from my perspective, the dude isn't even on YouTube. I've never watched one of his videos. YouTube has, to the best of my knowledge, never recommended one of his videos to me. Every thumbnail screenshot of his looks like something you could tell me was a photoshopped parody of YouTube culture, and I'd believe you. No one I follow on YouTube ever mentions him, even negatively or in passing. The first time I ever heard his name was in regards to the quality of his ghost kitchens. The only way I know he isn't a mass, shared hallucination is that I've witnessed the thoroughly mid-looking chocolate bars he sells at Walmart for some reason

Back in 2016 I was veeeery uncomfortable drawing anyone older than 18 but also any kind of muscle/bulk

Everyone was a beanpole and too young to drive.

So when I got my captain america (*cough* stucky *cough*) obsession in 2016 I was LOST for how to draw Steve or Bucky.

I am, once again, in Cap Brainrot and nearly a decade later, I can draw people over the age of 16 with a BMI over 2 (✿´‿`)
