Week 13

My pregnancy has been the best ever until today. I've had no real negative symptoms this whole time. Today I took a shower and started bleeding!! I yelled to Christian he called the Doctor and we waited for a call back from the Dr on call. He said if I don't have any cramping associated with it, not to worry too much, and not have sex for a week. That wasn't enough for me so I got out my baby Doppler and found the heartbeat ( thank you God! 🙏🏻) I'm still very nervous but there is nothing we can do. Christian was great! I couldn't ask for a better husband. I am sooo soooo blessed that he is mine. ❤🙏🏻

Planning for the future.

Well we got pre approved and put an offer on a house that got accepted. So looks like February we are moving to country. I can't wait! It's going to be so nice to own our house and do whatever we want to it. It's going to take some work but the property is amazing. Close to the river . We are going to save atleast $400 a month on rent by owning a month. Which will help when I more than likely decide to stay home full time with the new baby. ❤ I've been planning ways to save money by staying home ever since I found out I wasn't going to get to work from home like the girl who had a baby last summer. I don't think I'll be able to pay someone else to watch my kid while I spend all day missing it. It just won't be worth my sadness over it .

It's a Boy! Well according to the Sneak Peak gender test. I didn't read the negative reviews until after I already bought it, but it motivated me to make sure it didn't get contaminated. As for the reviews some of them the people didn't even take the test. They just wanted to go online and voice their opinion about how stupid it is. So yea WAY more positive reviews 83% 4stars or higher is pretty good for Amazon. I already had a feeling it was a boy but this test gives me the most confidence of all the other ones I have done. I can't wait for little Benny Brown to arrive!

Big News for 2017!!! Our Duo is becoming a Trio this JULY ! More big news we are putting an offer in on a house!!!! Can't wait to see all that 2017 brings! Cheers! I couldn't be happier!

Goodbye Gene!

So 3 weeks ago we finally got chickens! We picked them up at the farm store in town, we got 6. 2 black star and 4 Easter Eggers. Love them so much! Such fun! Well after about a week one of our EEs started acting and looking a little different than all the other chicks. I started researching how to tell if your chick is a rooster. He had many signs. As the weeks went by they got more and more pronounced. Easter Eggers are known to be hard to sex because they can come in so many shapes, sizes, & colors. Earlier this week Gene decides to attempt crowing. That was my final straw. If I didn't live in town where you can't have roosters I would have kept him but we can't and I was sure enough he was a boy so I put him on Craigslist. It was a stretch because I already had seen atleast 6 free roosters on there. I had 2 people the first day! By 6 when I had gotten off work I was already set to meet a guy in trr parking lot of the same store we picked him up at. I was hoping they weren't some crazy cock fighters. Turns out they are Christians from Alaska and have 1 EE hen they want to breed! Yay for gene and his future happy life!

Jobs!

Christian has been working his job for a week now. I had an interview today, I really hope my references sell me above everyone else. Ready to start our real lives in Idaho. Money is starting to stress me out.

We got married and moved to Idaho in less than a week! Let the adventures begin!
