It’s 5 am and I simply can not sleep. Summer really makes our insomnia a force to be reckoned with. I think it’s the humidity mixed with our BPD. I think our favorite person hates us. We constantly feel like we’re annoying them and it feels like they have lost all interest in us as a person. They used to always text first and check in on us… stay up late texting. Now I think I’m lucky to get a hi. All of this combined really creates this perfect storm for 5 am panic attacks which results in worsening eye bags. My favorite.

Though, I clearly do not need sleep anymore.
