Meet 'Captain 13'! They're a Hyena and Maned Wolf hybrid!

They're one of few Captains for Urban shade. The prototype for Casey's experiments. They were designed to 'kill' and 'protect'. They're a very serious yet sometimes unserious captain.

They'll only be serious when talking to new recruits, Expendables and experiments. They're usually unserious around higher ups. Especially their Commander.

I actually hate being sick. Like I'm off balance all the time. I've nearly fallen over 3 times. I've been coughing all morning. That and not to mention my bruise from my piercing is so much worse.
