Greetings, bunnies, the bane of Elias' existence! As we all know, the holidays are very draining, and sometimes after spending time with family we need to brush those dust bunnies out of our brains. (It's us. The mods. We're a bit scattered right now, and haven't been able to provide the best publicization of this event over the last little while. To provide the best experience, we're postponing closure a bit so we can regroup and recoup)
For that reason, we've decided to extend the sign-up date by one week! (Until Jan 20th!) The links to the sign up forms can be found here: Artist form: https://href.li/?https://forms.gle/rJMwECvL6J2rXqU89 Writer form: https://href.li/?https://forms.gle/u3dHg8j4UaarWLgZ7

With DNWs, some things that are triggery to me are work safe, and not things i'd expect people to anticipate would be a problem without a warning, e.g. some types of action adventure violence but not others. Broadening them to e.g. all violence to count as fewer dnws in number, would mean ruling out things i'm ok with and plotbunnies with fight scenes. I also worry i wouldn't be able to read a fill where the creator really expects a comment in return, if they hit one accidentally.
I'm very sorry, but I'd first off like to make the disclaimer that we can't guarantee that all triggers can be avoided. As much as we'd like to ensure that no boundaries are crossed, Do Not Want's were kept short as we noticed that many people took liberties in the ship section of the Interest Check.
If you think there's a high probability that someone who adopts your prompt may make a misstep that prevents you from reading, even with an extensive DNW list, I would honestly advise you to not put up that particular plot bunny for this event.

Re: ' it isn’t fair to expect us to sort through those sorts of behaviour', i wasn't asking you to after you'd said you wouldn't, just asking if a screenshot would be ok considering that decision. Sorry if that came off as rude. And thanks for the screenshot.
No worries about being rude, we just want to make this event as headache free as possible. Previous experience has taught me just how easily open submissions can spiral out of control.

If you don't want prompt submissions from tumblr, would you maybe just share a screenshot of the form fields/options? I saw that other post, and the wording of 'options for DNWs' was vague (10 pre-written tickboxes? In our own words but with restrictions of how we phrase them?), and I thought it'd be clearer at signup. It'd suck to only know if I can take part after joining a group chat where people could see me leave.
The reason we're limiting prompt submissions is to improve the event for everyone involved. Opening up prompt submissions to tumblr also opens us up to a wide variety of potential issues.
Having had experience opening up surveys and forms (for TMA fandom as well), the amount of downright nasty applicants we received was higher than it had any right to be, and it isn't fair to expect us to sort through those sorts of behaviour.
Additionally, we don't want to have too many more prompts than participants. This is a prompt exchange, and we do want to reduce the likelihood of prompts not being chosen.
If we were, for some reason, lacking prompts, we may open the form up to tumblr, though it is unlikely.
The form is here:

We aren't detailing DNWs, as this is an 18+ event and we expect people to use common courtesy.
As per the group chat and leaving -- we won't have it be announced, that's not a setting we have built. Leaving servers is perfectly normal, we often expect a bleed of 5-10% from server opening to server close. There's nothing strange about it :)
Finally, at the end of the event, we are planning on releasing an anonymous survey for feedback on ways we can improve the event for the future. If you do participate and still have qualms about this, feel free to fill in the form and we'll take it under advisement.
Your cold and snowy mod,
- Mod Scatteredheroes

Hi, what's the context for the q on how many prompts to adopt - as multiple assignments for the same recip, as assignments for multiple recips, as treats after completing assignments, as willingness to pick up pinch hits later in the event? As in, how will it affect matching? And what will the sign up form for submitting prompts look like - that'd be good to know beforehand?
Here's hoping we parsed your question correctly but:
We didn't release the prompt submission form on the Tumblr as that could easily generate an asymmetric prompt amount as people who submit may not enroll and while we can filter that out, we the mods, would like to save ourselves a headache.
These are not multiple assignments for a singular reciprocant. As multiple people in the interest check said they have no interest in submitting prompts themselves, we're letting people pick up prompts at their leisure. We will try to ensure each prompt submitter has at least one prompt they submitted fulfilled as well as allowing for later pinch hitting.
The prompt submission style was answered in the ask here: https://at.tumblr.com/bunnies-in-the-archives/2-or-is-the-idea-that-a-lot-of-people-might-go/qgvkhlqtu5dp Feel free to send another ask if you have any more questions or require further clarification. - Mods Ash-Rabbit & Scatteredheroes
