I almost passed out because weightlifting needs good carbs and protein and but all I'm eating is bread. I could see my ribs today <3

Dinner: pizza thing we made at home, estimated 900 kcal



Workout : 60 minutes step class, 16 minutes treadmill (120 kcal burned) and 40 minutes weightlifting.

Total: 939 kcal.
Kept myself busy watching howl's moving castle <3 also reading La Petite Fadette (Georges Sand) and Persuasion (Jane Austen) <3

Lunch: Bread 200kcal + 1 Scrambled egg 100kcal
Dinner: 1 Boiled egg 70kcal + bread 100kcal + milk 50 kcal
Exercise : 60 minutes HIIT, 20 minutes treadmill (150kcal burned), 40 minutes weightlifting
Total: around 1100 kcal.
AN: I don't count burned calories because I don't know how much I burn in workouts other than the treadmill. My total is only calories from food consumed.

I did quiet well last 3 months, worked out consistently and ate healthy. Then the slightest stress and I binge and sleep all day then to fix everything I have to lose weight ofc
