Everyone is so sure Galactus is gonna succeed in eating the earth at the end of first steps and it’s gonna lead directly into doomsday with the fantastic four leaving their universe for the mcu
I know marvel movies have conditioned us to see individual movies as connected pieces of an overarching cinematic universe crossover. But this is a movie with a story. It has a beginning, middle, and end. Why would you spend millions of dollars to make a 2 hour blockbuster movie where there is no narrative meaning and it solely exists to set up one plot point of another movie from another franchise.

It doesn’t matter if a new daredevil run is good. If they ever put “I’m a really good lawyer” in a panel I’m dropping that shit right then and there I’m not kidding.

It’s definitely an interesting choice to have the hulk and the punisher in brand new day. The punisher makes sense in this darker and more grounded spider man world. The hulk is a bit of an odd choice though. The Bruce banner of the comics has a lot in common with the tragedy and loneliness of Peter Parker. Unfortunately, mcu Bruce banner has none of that.
I don’t know, with the Sony deal it feels like any mcu spider man movie could be the last. If I was them I would do a story with daredevil or the fantastic four sooner rather than later.

Obviously insomniac is more than just the marvel developer. And especially with the unfortunate studio leaks, it’s hard to know for sure where the studio is gonna go in the future.
But with them doing spiderman and wolverine, it seems like they like doing the biggest marvel characters of all time. In the future they could potentially do characters like captain America or daredevil. But there’s not that much you could do with characters like them that would be that unique gameplay wise. It would basically just be some more Arkham/god of war style combat. So if I had to guess, I could see them doing the hulk or maybe even the fantastic four.
Bear in mind that this would not be any time soon even if it did happen. This would be like 10+ years in the future.
