Random Undertale Film Idea

So I just had the craziest and most random thought: a way to make a successful Undertale movie..? Well, I was bored, of course thinking about this, and suddenly came up with something. Undertale is very, very complex, and has so many unique paths to just implement in a single movie, and overall doesn’t make much sense if you consider all the resets and such. But how about handling an Undertale movie kind of like a mix between Wreck it Ralph and Lego Movie? Wreck it Ralph switches between the point of view of the video game characters and also ventures outside of the games themselves into the arcade surroundings, and the Lego Movie swaps between the realities of the lego world and the real world where the little boy is playing with those legos. How cool would it be to switch the realities of the Undertale point of view and the gamer’s point of view if there were to be a movie adaptation of the game? It would put on a whole new tone and add a little twist to what would be an adaptation of the game, and while also explaining the resets, different paths, and the choice to fight or spare. Even though I think an Undertale film would only have enough runtime for the normal neutral and pacifist ending. I personally think that Undertale deserves to be made into a movie, and would work out well if it were handled in the correct way. But maybe that’s just my fandom senses tingling..
