Thianguel Bori/ Lélouma: due to N'dita's lack of classrooms, young children can’t go to school. In N'dita, a district in the rural municipality of Thianguel Bori in the prefecture of Lélouma, about two hundred and fifty children of school age do not go there. And for some reason, this locality where about two thousand six hundred souls live has only one school of only two classrooms. The situation remains worrying. The governor of the said district Moussa Môlo is sounding the alarm. "Here at N'dita, when it comes to education, we have serious concerns. We have only one school in the entire district. This school that we ourselves built has only two classrooms. Currently, we have three major sectors here and the population amounts to about two thousand six hundred. We currently have nearly two hundred and fifty children who are not currently going to school. Simply because we don't have classrooms. The two rooms we have are already occupied by two educational groups. As a result, we cannot make a recruitment. Because of this, nearly two hundred and fifty of our children are now deprived of school education. (...)", alarms the district governor. 365 days of the CNRD: from euphoria to doubt! How time pass quickly! September 5, 2021 - September 5, 2022. It has been exactly 12 months today, that is, 52 weeks or 365 days, that Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya and his companions took power, to settle at the Palais des Nations, at the head of the executive. Welcomed in the popular jubilation in the early hours of the coup, the soldiers, who came "saved" the Guineans from the clutches of the old president, Alpha Condé, have been managing the country since September 5 with an iron hand in a velvet glove: with the retirement of several officers of the defense and security forces including 352 Public Service workers, the recovery of state real establishment of a Court of Repression of Economic and Financial Offences with the incarceration of several former dignitaries of the fallen regime, the main political leaders in exile, the organization of the days of the national meetings, the upward review of civil servants' salaries and student maintenance scholarships, the resumption and completion of the work undertaken by the former regime, not to mention the fight against inflation Since September 5, the CNRD has been blowing hot and cold, which has resurrected the old demons of the demonstrations on the Hamdallaye-Bambeto-Coza-Wanidara axis and galvanized the "demagogues" who applaud to break everything in every act taken by the colonel. The first strong acts: appointments and the release of prisoners Recall that this Saturday, September 5, Guineans woke up to the fait accompli. Elements of the Special Forces Group, under the leadership of their then commander, Lieutenant-Colonel Mamadi Doumbouya, after entering, after a few hours of fighting, the Sekhoutoureya Palace, deprived former President Alpha Condé from his sleep, arrested him. They thus sounded the death knell of a reign that lasted two five years and one year. While many Guineans were surprised, some still expected such an end-of-reign scenario… Read more details on the regime: https://porelivingstone22.wixsite.com/buzzguinea/post/365-days-of-the-cnrd-from-euphoria-to-doubt #guineenews #guineebuzz #guineepolitique #militaryrule #cnrd #365days https://www.instagram.com/p/CiHr7mUAZp1/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Economic cooperation: the Chamber of Commerce exchanges with Turkish officials Revitalizing the private sector is the ambition, if not the mission of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts of Guinea (CCIAG). It is with this in mind that she received on Monday, August 29, 2022 the president of the World Forum for Industrial Cooperation (WCI) and executives of the Turkish Embassy in Guinea. This forum is scheduled for September 14 to 15, 2022 in Ankara. As the Chamber of Commerce is now the only entity that can be an intermediary between the Guinean private sector and foreign businessmen, no foreign economic operator can establish economic partnerships with a Guinean economic operator or go through a state structure. So the first interlocutor of the Turks could only be the Chamber of Commerce which, according to its president, Mamadou Baldé, is responsible for "revitalizing the Guinean private sector on a sub-regional and international scale"… Read more: https://porelivingstone22.wixsite.com/buzzguinea/post/economic-cooperation-the-chamber-of-commerce-exchanges-with-turkish-officials #guineenews #guinee #guineepolitique #guinée #wci https://www.instagram.com/p/Ch4cwMiKufR/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Telecommunications: Aminata Kaba passes the torch to Ousmane Gaoual Appointed on Saturday, August 20, as head of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and the Digital Economy, government spokesman Ousmane Gaoual Diallo was officially installed in his new position on Monday, August 22. It was during a solemn ceremony presided over by the Minister Secretary General of the Government, Mr. Abdourahamane Sikhè Camara, with many members of the government at his side. The honor went to the outgoing minister to draw up a non-exhaustive list of the assessment that the Department of Posts and Telecommunications and the Digital Economy reached under its magisterium in such a short time. A balance sheet that the incoming Minister considered "laudatory" and which outlines the activities already begun in accordance with the mission letter assigned to him. "As far as I am concerned, in view of everything that has been said here, my mission and that of the Posts, Telecommunications and Digital Economy team is to continue this task, amplify the activities begun, give substance to the projects that are in the drawers because they are based on roadmaps defined and enacted by the president of the transition, Colonel Mamadi Doum We are not going to reinvent the task or activities. The diagnosis that has been made is complete, comprehensive. The paths that have been marked are in the running. Our work will simply consist with your help to continue it to give substance and life to the democratization of access to reasonable costs to the Internet and the materialization of the national communication society that will be Guinea-Telecom that will emerge in the coming months if God lends us life, "announced Ousmane Gaoual Diallo… Read more: https://porelivingstone22.wixsite.com/buzzguinea/post/telecommunications-aminata-kaba-passes-the-torch-to-ousmane-gaoual-diallo #guineenews #guineepolitique https://www.instagram.com/p/ChmcratKGKY/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

FNDC DEMONSTRATION OF AUGUST 17: 2 DEATHS, PROVISIONAL ASSESSMENT OF THE DAY In accordance with the natural right to demonstration, the people of Guinea demonstrated, on August 17, 2022, their determination to defend all the value of their public freedoms and democratic achievements by leading a citizen and peaceful struggle against the state dictatorship imposed by the CNRD nebula on Guinea and Guineans. This civic duty and a strong moral conviction overcame the tyranny of power, embodied by the atmosphere of war that our country shows. This indescribable tyranny and cruelty are planned, carried and coordinated by the following people: Mamadi Doumbouya, Bachir Diallo, Balla Samoura, Sadiba Coulibaly, Aboubacar Sidiki Camara, Amara Camara, Mory Condé, Ousmane Gaoual Diallo. The implementation of this tyranny is supported by complicit structures: the transitional government, the NTC and territorial administrations all led by military personnel. Faced with the desolation and mourning caused by the savage repression exerted on Guineans by the SDF, the FNDC deplores to date, the death this afternoon of Ibrahima Baldé and Alpha Oumar Barry, savagely murdered after the "despising parade" of the junta leader in the city of Conakry, by the murderous arms We offer our sincere condolences to the grieving families and pray for the rest of the souls of young people unjustly murdered by state terrorism imposed by the CNRD nebula. The FNDC also deplores about twenty people injured by live ammunition, some of whom are in comatose states. In addition, the FNDC also counts numerous arrests of peaceful citizens at home. We must also denounce the acts of vandalism, looting and incursion perpetrated by the defense and security forces in Greater Conakry, Dalaba and Labé where about twenty minors were arrested, including a young girl… Read more: https://porelivingstone22.wixsite.com/buzzguinea/post/fndc-demonstration-of-august-17-2-deaths-provisional-assessment-of-the-day #guineenews #guinée #civilprotest #fndc https://www.instagram.com/p/ChZyQ66j0jr/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Great holidays: Welcome to the horror of female genital mutilation!!! The N'Fally Cissé family has not yet found themselves after the brutal death of their daughter as a result of excision. This innocent little girl did not expect anything bad, when her father gave her a doll and other toys to spend the holidays with grandparents in their village in Kankanya, Kouroussa Prefecture. The poor one! Nor did she know that she had an appointment with death when on a Monday morning, she was delivered to the old exciser in the village, who was never able to stop the bleeding after the fatal gesture (genital mutilation). This is also the case of Lady Traoré who so far has been haunted by the memory of her ten-year-old daughter who died in the hands of an exciser last July. "When I think of this death, it hurts me especially when I see the girls of her generation." Macoura Kourouma, mother of a five-year-old boy, has lost her home. Her spouse regularly accused her of not sexually satisfying him. It is with great emotion that she tells us about her nightmare: "That's what spoiled my home. It hurts. If only I knew it was going to be like that, destroying my life." Excision is a reality in the neighborhoods of the capital and in our villages Despite the damage caused by excision, despite awareness campaigns on the ground and the measures taken, excision still has good days ahead of it. It is practiced in broad daylight in full view of everyone. The periods of the long holidays are devoted to his practice. During this period, girls and girls are transported to the village in the peripheral neighborhoods of the capital to be excised out of sight. In this month of August, we see the presence of these excised girls in families across the country. Exit ceremonies give rise to grandiose demonstrations in neighborhoods, in villages in public squares. 80% of women are mutilated in Guinea, according to a specialist in the fight against violence against women and children… Read more: https://porelivingstone22.wixsite.com/buzzguinea/post/great-holidays-welcome-to-the-horror-of-female-genital- #guineenews #femalegenitalmutilation #womanrights #girlchildempowerment https://www.instagram.com/p/ChXJ3tLjKUC/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Highway Le Prince: minimum traffic between Cosa-Hamdallaye, massive presence of SDS. This is the first call to demonstrate by the National Front for the Defense of the Constitution (FNDC) since the recent controversial decision to dissolve it taken by the Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization. The observation made during this rainy morning indicates minimal traffic on the Le Prince highway, which is still practicable, at least until 7 a.m. To be more precise, at least the Enco 5 - Hamdallaye axis, judging by the vehicles at the Cosa crossroads, from the upper suburbs. And also the state of the quasi-desert road to Hamdallaye roundabout, via Bambeto where the lanes remained open as at the Cosa crossroads, in all four directions, on the highway and the crossbar. On the commercial side, even if service stations operate in places, it is too early to decide whether or not to open shops along the arteries and at major crossroads. Activities in this sector normally start between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. No incidents to report at the moment. But the increased presence of pick-ups and defense and security forces on shoulders along the highway indicates that the military power does not rule out using the strong method in the event of a demonstration… Read more: https://porelivingstone22.wixsite.com/buzzguinea/post/highway-le-prince-minimum-traffic-between-cosa-hamdallaye-massive-presence-of-sds #guineenews #civilunrest #fndc #guinee #guinée https://www.instagram.com/p/ChWr7u-jMBn/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
