Decided to go to Ikea to get myself a new duvet. Checked out the options online and had it down to two to decide between. It was quite enjoyable to check out the options in person. Realized when I was checking them out in person that I prefer the higher feather ratio. Also got the nice surprise of the one I ended up going with being on a small discount.

I need to replace my duvet and am trying to decide just how much I want to spend on it. As mine is one I got from Ikea a very long time. It is now pretty flat and it really does need to be replaced. Which feels like a super adult thing to do for some reason, I say as an actual real adult. Which might be because I bought it just before I got into university. So it holds that feeling of that time of my life.

On this, the anniversary of the lunar landing, let us also celebrate the greatest post-mission achievement by a crewman.

I refer, of course, to the time Buzz Aldrin (age 72 at the time) cold-cocked a moon landing conspiracy theorist straight in his smug face after being accused of being a coward, liar, and thief.

Yes, someone was indeed dumb enough to tell a man so unafraid of death that he was willing to go into the void on a fragile explosive rocket, a coward.

Said dumbass was filming this confrontation as some sort of proof of moon fraud, but has instead captured this glorious moment of near-cosmic justice for us to loop for all time.

Aldrin was not charged with any crime. He should have been given another medal for public service.
