So my sourdough starters are still very young but I couldn't keep myself from doing a baking try. And here we have them. Two breads. They are a bit flat so next time I will use a better container to cook the bread in. And I will not use water for it. The crust is really crispy and the inside super soft and it tastes delicious! Alright lets geek out over my sourdough starters!! My two experiments are working fine but I will use all of them I won't be keeping them. The honey one is doing best! That's the last picture and the regular one is starting to look good! I will keep the two last once and make one of them into a wheat starter. This is day three. The regular and the honey one is resting in the fridge. Hopefully the baby will be happier tomorrow morning so that I can start a poolish dough for tomorrow with one of the none keepers. Since they aren't resting I need to feed them every day so hoping on that. But omg!
