Hi everyone, most of you will probably know that I HATE callout posts, but today I’m reporting a scam artist! I paid this gentleman who claimed to be selling several comics $300USD for the books and shopping in October last year. Since then, I have been patient, and earlier this month I messaged him asking for details. He has now decided to block me for asking whether they’ve been sent.

After skimming his Facebook profile, he seems to have several gofundme accounts going. If he asks you for money, I highly recommend you don’t give it to him.

He has since left the comic group I met him through, and I have filed a claim through PayPal. Be wary.

I called her out via anonymous ask about her IT bullshit. She did not post it, and instead vagued.

In rebuttal of all she has said:

First: A graphics card requires only drivers to properly interface with a system OS. Windows carries basic drivers in order to get any device running so the system can completely be set up and prepped.

Second: “Layer locks” is a very vague way of saying that you either opacity locked the layer, or that it was locked in a chain to move with another layer.

Third: If your stabilizers got fucked up, that’s your own damn fault; if all is installed and configured properly, you should never have that issue. You either updated your machine and failed to update your tablet drivers, or you terminated one of the tablet services.

Fourth: I never stated that I was, in your words, an “IT Director”,nor working at a “big name firm”, but thank you for assuming as much.

Fifth: There is no tracking a user account if a user account was not logged in and the ask sent from a mobile browser on LTE.

Sixth: Advising McAfee is BAD. McAfee has a reputation for fucking up computers when uninstalled, a reputation for being a pain in the ass to uninstall, a reputation for destroying legitimate shit when you install or download, and a reputation for being a resource hog.

Seventh: Iobit is not an industry standard, nor is it good practice to use it to “clean up” a system. I suggest you take a long hard look at Google; Malwarebytes does everything McAfee and Iobit claim to do, and does a much cleaner job of it, for much less system resource claim.

Eight: If you’re so adamant on blocking trackers, Ghostery is NOT the way to do it. An extension such as “NoScript” is much better at that job, as it wholly blocks all JavaScript from running unless explicitly allowed.

Nine: Flash drives are merely another form of storage. They accept .exe files as readily as any other form of storage. Backing individual files up on a flash drive is acceptable, backing a system up on an external drive is OK. Backing your system up to something off-site with redundancies in place is the best practice.

i’m honestly tired of writing these. and this is, hopefully, going to be the last i have to say about any of this and i will be pointing right back to this post if she’s ever brought up again, if i get any more hate about her, and if any other blog of hers pops up.

i’m… tired. i’ve been put through three years of hell by gee. i’ve had my name dragged through the mud. i’ve had her spread some pretty terrible things about me. i’ve been sent hate, death threats, and cruel things because i dared ask her to stop stealing my things, because i dared ask her to stop pretending to be me.

the above is a conversation with gee from this morning in its entirety… typos and all. because i’m not keeping this private. i’m not going to sit here and be bullied into submission while she plays victim in the public.

gee approached me this morning.  in her first message, she clearly admits to everything she’s done. she claims to know that what she did was wrong. and and at the same time uses her age as an excuse for putting someone through hell for three years. at the same time she asks me to keep this private.

because all the while, she was spreading lies about someone else publicly and playing victim as you can see here …. linked from my page because she has a history of deleting posts when she gets called out on them. 

i’m tired of being nice to her. i’m tired of bending to “i’ll keep it private”. i tried to keep it private for years and it ended up with me getting hate and getting bashed and having lies spread about me behind my back and i’m not putting up with it anymore.

i can’t do it.

you can also see that within twenty minutes of me responding to her initial message, she was accusing me of lying about the situation, that i had made it up, that i had bullied her off of three blogs. all of this AFTER admitting everything she’d done to me.

A lot of you guys have been asking me who the person was that decided to try and “get in” with me. For those who don’t know this guy targets younger girls (he is 22) and asks them about their personal information and just generally tries to start a relationship with minors, he guilt trips and manipulates them, please block him.

it has come to my attention that a  famous content maker in the kpop tumblr community, aka @peachyniel, is problematic. i had no idea of their horrible behavior until an anon linked me to this twitter post where he used a spam/fake account to harass people with antiblack and racist remarks. i was also messaged by the forever helpful @choerryblsm who linked me to this post which was an even more extensive and detailed than just the link and exposed him further, to the point where he even retweeted a post on twitter in which the op stated they wished someone had been caught in the texas shooting (that happened less than two weeks ago, so this is even more recent evidence). i, of course, had him as a member on beautyidol and after seeing the facts in front of me, i immediately messaged him on the matter saying he was no longer a member. to which he responded in an almost patronizing manner referring to me as ‘queen’ and ‘amber’ even though i told him to just call me ‘em’. and when i told him that there was nothing to discuss and that it was finished, he sent a meme of spongebob crying as a response. not to mention, he asked ‘how is my favorite cherry doing’ to @choerryblsm in the midst of all this instead of actually taking it serious, a true sign he isn’t ashamed or even remotely sorry for what he did. i wanted to make this post so that everyone’s aware of how toxic of a person he is, and that if you support him/continue to allow him on your blog let me know so you can catch this block from me :^)

I wish to start by saying that I never wanted to do this. I absolutely hate calling people out, and in this fandom, there are a few things where people get a bit out of hand with witch-hunting, and I would never wish harm upon someone whom I think didn’t truly deserve it. However, this person deserves every word of spite that can, and hopefully will, follow from this posts, as this man’s irredeemable actions should be brought to everyone’s attention, and I wish that this post can serve as a warning to keep your distance from him. 

Before I begin talking about this individual, however, I would like to provide a content/trigger warning for, in particular, mockery of sexual assault. 

This particular individual has shown that he is attracted to people much younger than he is, and has made advances on them repeatedly, even when those advances were met with obvious disinterest and discomfort. In a fandom predominated by teenagers and young adults, this particular person, at the age of 30, should know better than to do this. I never knew of the going-ons about this person until one of my friends complained to me about his actions towards them. With those complaints, he had been on my radar for quite a bit of time, but it had been in the moments that I had met him where I had learned the horrors of who @bisexualkananmatsuura truly is as a human being. He is a rape apologist who is unable to recognize when he is overstepping his boundaries with anyone, regardless of their age.

The first issue which I had heard about regarding Kanrie, as I will call him as not to desecrate the name of any Love Live! character, comes from a peer in the community whom, for the sake of anonymity, I wish not to name. At the time that these messages were sent, the recipient of these messages was 19, and he was 29. There are rumors that he had been flirting with people who were younger, but I wish not to throw labels upon him without damning evidence. Among other things, he had stated, unironically, the he “knew [she] wanted it,” and that they were, in his own words, “canon.” And as I said that I wouldn’t say anything without evidence to back me up, here are screenshots of the conversation, the only alterations being those to obscure the identity of the recipient. 

I will repeat that she was 19 and he was 29: he is a decade older than she is. To make things worse, he, at the age of 30, actively role-played on Steam as Kanan Matsuura herself, a 17-year-old. Even if there is the argument that, due to the character being fictional at 17, there’s not much issue on the character front, the concept that a 30-year-old is role-playing as a high-school student is rather unnerving and has quite the unfortunate implications. I don’t wish to imply anything by stating this, but rather you can come to your own interpretations of this subject matter.

In my beliefs, I do not think that this content is worthy of a content post on its own, and rather this is the actions of a socially-blind fan of Kanan Matsuura who, at the age of 30, is undergoing a third-life crisis and wishes to hold onto the scraps of youth that they have left. 

What had forced my hand on this issue was when one of my friends was on a discord server, and, on accident, made a comment about her sexual assault at the age of 11. What follows is, once more, undoctored evidence, bar the protection of the names and identities of the spectating crowd and my friend, and I wish that there existed words in this language so bitter and vitriolic that they would make the hard r seem like a compliment but there exists none and, in truth, when I initially read these I was at a loss for words myself: to see this person invalidate something so scarring to one of my closest friends fills me with so much anger that I cannot start to describe my anger. I will let the images speak for themselves. 

Words cannot describe hatred I have for him because of these statements. What he said was, is, and forever will be completely inexcusable. The very idea that my friend had to open up about her sexual assault due to being mocked for it is something which I wish not to have ever in a community like this, especially one which centralizes itself upon the word “love.” His actions are inexcusable and are infinitely magnified by the fact that he, which I wish to repeat again, is 30 years old. If you ever come across this man, stay away from him.

I can’t believe I’m doing this…. I hate these callout posts. They bring nothing but unnecessary drama that takes weeks to recover. However, I feel this needs to be addressed. I wanna keep my trans folk safe and not be harassed for headcanon-ing a character as trans. I ask you to be aware and block this person that I’m going to expose. She wants drama and reactions. Don’t give of what she wants.

snowysugarsparkle is a Tumblr user who likes Monster High, Ever After High, and recently Lego Batman. The fandom is fairly new, with amazing kind people. I’ve meet many great artists throughout the fandom. Trust me when I say this, I’ve never seen a kinder fandom since MPAS(3 years ago, man!) 

When it comes to fandoms, there are headcanons to be shared. My pal and I decided to create a legoheadcanon blog. We can’t believe it kicked off so well. I enjoyed every single headcanon being send. 

After a day or two of having the blog. Our notifications were being spammed by this user. We’re not talking about reblogging the countless post. I mean reblogging and saying rude things that don’t need to be said, especially the ones about characters as trans.

Enough is ENOUGH

THIS IS A CALLOUT FOR @inkling-lavender FOR HARASSMENT AND PERPETUAL INSTIGATING.

Why? For failure to respect my wishes and constantly trying to bother me after I’ve disclosed many times I wish to be left alone. I’ve had enough.

How did it all start? It began with him shipping me and my friend during a game

Lots of people were in that match, lots of people saw. It was VERY dangerous for myself because my parents often watch me play games, they know who I talk to online and they are homophobic. To imply my friend and I were a couple would be detrimental, but that’s its own issue. Lav did apologize for this, but because of how dangerous and insensitive his actions were, me and my friend wanted to minimize and stop contact with him respectively but instead of respecting our wishes, Lav began harassing and instigating us.

I got messages from several people over the course of some months that where the beginning of a disturbing pattern.

At the time it was shown that he “didn’t know what he was doing” or “didn’t understand” despite constant warnings. It’s no excuse. 

I’ve colour coded separate people so you know they’re different..

I appreciate friends wanting to come to help others in need, but the full story was not given.  Our conversations where private and between adults, but Lav has continued to bring others into this and spreading misinformation to make himself seem like a victim.

He has convinced mutual and non-mutual friends to reach out to us on his behalf instead of just leaving us alone. He claims to be distressed by our presence but instead of blocking us and moving on he continues instigating.  

In January of this year this happened… He tried to claim a fraudulent purchase report on a donation he had given to my friend back in August of last year. At the time my friend was going through a financial crisis and asking for donations, but this donation was also given after he’d been blocked. 

How do I know this report was malicious and not a normal refund request? I have the following screen shot of a conversation where he says he’s doing this to specifically cause trouble for my friend.

I don’t understand where this whole court thing is coming from, let alone why he feels its even necessary. If he’s having trouble because the people who he is harassing told him to A) cease and desist, B) Leave them alone, or C) Go enjoy the splatoon community elsewhere and stop harassing people who clearly do not want involvement in his affairs then there’s an obvious solution; Stop.

To bring it all back. I’m not saying inkling-lavender can’t have fun and enjoy splatoon, I’m not saying he should leave tumblr,. What I’m saying is I’ve seen this shit and SO MANY OTHERS have too and people are distancing themselves for a reason. He’s trying to make himself look like a victim and abusing his friends kindness by having them harass others on his behalf, telling them only parts of what happened and leaving out that we’ve politely and impolitely asked him to stop trying to contact us for over half a year.

What I am doing, is asking that he LEAVES US ALONE. And that he leaves others out of this because its none of their business. We can co-exist without interaction.

And to readers, please be aware of this because I’m sure he’ll try to make himself look like the victim again, but the only reason I felt the need to make this post was because he has not stopped. Even now he’s still harassing me and my friends. Even after being told to back off, being told to leave us alone and being blocked.

We’ve had him blocked on all platforms for months and he has continued to try and pester us through these tactics. We want it to stop.

I’m sorry this is so long, I don’t want any hard feelings but I’ve had it.

Don’t abuse my trust again.
