im writing this mostly to give closure to those who have been following since i started the blog and also to tell the people who still give me notifs for this blog:

there will be no more new posts here

i enjoyed making emojis but i dont have any more motivation to continue this specific blog. this is half due to the fact that i no longer enjoy the specific art style i was doing these emotes in, the other half being that my emojis have been traced and stolen without any kind of credit in the discord server cute emotes. idc if since ive joined it once they gave me credit or uploaded the non-traced versions, thats still fucking shitty to do. pls dont join servers with stolen emojis lol thats just pretty fucking shitty

but uhh yeah. please dont follow this blog, please dont send in asks, etc etc. i wont be deleting this blog tho to leave it as an archive for those who do genuinely need custom emojis and also so you can link back to this blog if ure not a shithead and actually give credit to people. that'll be all

just as an update : physically im okay, however mentally im exhausted and unsure when i’ll be returning to regularly making emojis/posting here /g /nav

How do you make your emojis?

i use paint tool sai and i have multiple references opened while im drawing an emoji (the color palette i use, an emoji for reference, etc)

i always copy paste the lineart for the head as that makes the process much easier

and i just,, idk, draw? the emoji? there isnt any secret behind it, im just trying to have fun while im doing it /g

edit : meant “emoji for reference” as in one of my emojis, so the artstyle is mostly consistent with all of them
