It only filled Donald with so much agony. "M-Musky-chan... You can't..." Donald tried to reach out a hand and feel his boyfriend's warmth, but Elon pulled away. It was aggressively. Harshly. And it sent a clear yet brief message that Donald hated. "It's over with us, Trump." Donald's heart stopped. He wasn't using the nicknames they usually use. Was this it? Donald refused to believe it. He never once thought their relationship would end like this. He tried to take a step closer to the other man, heart pounding. "P-Please-" But Elon turned away, concealing that face Donald was so used to seeing. "That's enough." And just like that, Elon was gone. Donald's eyes stinged with tears, struggling to breathe against the pain in his chest. Now he had no choice but to hide the chocolate he wanted to give to Elon for Pride Month. There was no Elon anymore, just a pain in his heart and the emptiness of the White House. So he buried the chocolate in a private drawer. Even if it was meant to be a beautiful gift. A symbol of their love.

Cis men cannot get pregnant: INCORRECT. Intersex men who are technically cis, but have uteruses and ovaries, may be capable of pregnancy, even if it's unlikely. Also, excludes the plenty of people who are not men who cannot get pregnant.
Cis perisex men cannot get pregnant: Correct, but excludes the plenty of people who are not men who cannot get pregnant.
People without uteruses cannot get pregnant: Correct, but excludes infertile and menopausal people with uteruses who also cannot get pregnant.
People who cannot get pregnant: CORRECT. Excludes no one.
To use inclusionary language, you don't need to rip through the reeds in search of wider terminology when you could quite literally say things exactly as they are. Inclusive language isn't "overcomplicated" at all. It's straightforward.
